I went to Blossom as they advertised as same day delivery. I paid a marked-up price for the same delivery and I paid %5 extra for early delivery on the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery was done not on the same day, not on the next day but 2 days after. And the excuse was that the provider did not have fresh flowers on that day. Avoid Blossom as they do not keep their promise and they offer you %10 coupon for next order. I'll never will work with them again.
BBB should require reviews to be posted on company website. Had I seen the reviews I certainly wouldn't have ordered from these liars! So many issues! They promised delivery on Saturday then on Saturday sayid delivery for my substitute order will be delivered on Tuesday. But, I never saw or approved a substitute order! They said they didn't deliver to residences?! But allowed residences to be selected! They placed me on hold Saturday evening for 15 mins to talk to the florist about the selection they made on my behalf, knowing there were no florists working Sat after 5:00 in this area! Of course the call was "disconnected "! Ha! Never, ever, again! These phoney apologies are useless and pointless. Purchasing flowers, especially funeral spays, is such an emotional time and should be handled with care, honesty and empathy. They should be ashamed!
Purchased an arrangement and it showed up completely different flowers and completely different colors than ordered. I contacted customer service 3 times without a response. When I was able to get someone on the phone they were not of any help at all. I said, "you have to agree that the flowers are not even the same and the colors are not even remotely close to what the photo shows" and she gave a scripted response. I said, "yes or no are they the same" and she could not agree. She said they do substitutions on flowers they don't have and I said the entire arrangement is replaced with different everything... not only that, the arrangement was put together like someone had their eyes closed while doing it. They did not include the mylar balloon that was ordered as well. When she probably got annoyed with me, she offered a 10% refund on just the flowers ($4.99) wooo... then she went to 20% and then 30%... this company lacks quality, customer service and integrity altogether. I am not one to make reviews or call in and complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous all around. Do not order from this company what so ever
The company can't even let me know if the flowers are delivered. I've tried to call them but it's automated and they drop the call. Don't use them. They are the absolute worst..
It was mothers day/ my wifes birthday and she lost her father and I spent over $150 and she never received her flowers. I put in the instructions to call before delivering and that never happened. They say I entered the wrong address and they were delivered to that address. Well I hope they enjoy them. Talking to the rep they were very rude and said this is my issue not there's. I have been using Blossom for years and now I will never use them again as a customer they made me feel worthless.
Weeks after placing the order that was to be delivered the next day, still nothing! They called a few days ago to say it had been delivered but, when I asked for proof of delivery, they said it was being assembled still. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This place called my daughter in the hospital and asked her when she wanted her flowers, Then delivered them 2 days earlier than she said, they stayed on her porch for 2 days, after I spent 27$ to have them delivered ON THE SAME DATE PLACED. NOT ONLY THAT. NOT ONE FLOWER SHE RECEIVED WAS ONE I ORDERED. CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS… They offered me 20% discount? First pict is what I should have received and on the right what she got!
Do not use them did not deliver order that was put in 3 weeks ahead of time and they did not want to refund the 80$ that was paid to them missed graduation celebration
Ordered for mothers day and I was never told or emailed the date would change- 3 days late- they said they delieved the flowers and they were not delivered and trying to charge me for them. Stay away
Flowers were a week late. I had to try and find them through several attempts and emails! I was going to file a dispute with my bank, then my granddaughter told me they finally came a week later and definitely not the arrangement I paid for! Order directly from a local florist or FTD. I got this company while searching for a local florist. Never again! The worst. BBB has hundreds of complaints.
Arrangement was left on the porch of person who was not home and in the hospital. The flowers were not discovered on the front for 2 weeks! The delivery instructions were to call before delivery. They say they called but didn't receive an answer (because recipient was in the hospital!)so they just left the arrangement! They did not try to call me for further instructions, did not attempt to leave with a neighbor or return the arrangement to the shop.
When I learned of the debacle I called the company who was refusing to refund the order but said they would review and call or email me; of course they did not! I called again only to speak to the same inept customer service rep that decided to not make a refund because it had been 2 weeks since the delivery. It was 2 weeks because the person is still hospitalized and the flowers were discovered 2 weeks after delivery. I was sent a photo of the arrangement by the person who discovered it on the porch; even thought it was dead and rotting in the vase it still appeared to look like a kindergartener just shoved flowers haphazardly into the vase. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Will be reporting the BBB and making a complaint to the florist who used this company!
No flowers delivered on mother's day, no refund, no call back. Once they have your money you have to fight thru your own bank
I paid 106 dollars. I gave the girl the item number. It was supposed to be a spring flower arrangement in a glass vase that I paid extra for the vase and paid extra for a balloon. I gave 20 dollar tip for the driver and was promised delivery the same day. It was delivered the next day. Well it was delivered u p s and u p s drivers can't accept tips. Where did the 20 dollars go? No balloon vase. They sent 5 roses in an ups box. Tried calling customer service and was thrown into a pool of others complaining. I was caller 16. Got down to caller 2 and they disconnected me. This happened 3 times with a total of 4 hours on the phone. I don't know how this place is in business! They are the worst I've ever dealt with. People stop at a gas station and pick up flowers before you use these nimrods. You'll get more for your money that way. I'm also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. And called my bank to stop the payment. They suck do not use them. The vase you see was my own and this is not even close to my order
Ordered flowers for my wife's 50th Bday, even paying extra to have them delivered by 1:00pm. Flowers never arrived, never received an email or notification until a day later that they would not be delivered. When I did receive an email, they stated their flower delivery did not arrive to fulfill the order, which I had ordered 3 days in advance of the delivery date.
Their web site is also deceptive, making you think you are ordering from one company, and they hijack the companies name. Buyer Beware - I will never order from them again.
I ordered same day delivery flowers on a Friday for a Saturday evening holiday. Late Friday I got an email saying there was a delay and would be delivered Saturday. NO FLOWERS. They are closed on Sunday. Monday morning I was told delivery will be that day. NO FLOWERS After calling and being on hold for 75 minutes I got to someone named Hattie. When I asked when the delivery was going to be made, she hung up on me. I worked in customer service for over 40 and have never seen anything that compares to the service at this company. BEWARE

Ordered floral delivery to be delivered express before 1pm at additional cost only for order never to arrive and calling the customer service line put me in queue for an hour only to get a chance to leave a voicemail. Horrible.
Ordered flowers for a funeral taking place the next day. Spoke to agent on phone at which time she assured me that they would be able to deliver on time. Funeral was a Saturday. When I spoke to a member of the family on the following Monday I was told the flowers never arrived! Blossom never informed me by phone, text, or email! I called them and informed them. They tried to keep the sale by saying they could send the flowers to the house. NOT INTERESTED. They reluctantly said they would give me a refund. I was totally embarrassed by the situation and very upset.
Tried to order flowers today for a 2 day delivery. I ordered online. I get a text about 10 mins later stating they need the phone number of the recipient. I text it back immediately, no reply. I text back again, no reply. I get an Email from them stating the same thing. I Email them the phone number. They Email me back, stating they need the order number. Luckily I took a Screen Shot of the order, they never sent a confirmation Email. I sent them that. I get an Email back, stating they need the order number. The order number was in the screen shot. I sent them the order number again, this time I wrote it for them. Then I get another Email saying they need my Email address, the one they just Emailed me on. I think that company hires people with a 10 IQ. Why would they Email me, then ask for my Email? I don't get it. I just got fed up and told her I want to cancel my order. She asks for my Email again for the customer service team to reach out to me. Well,, they never did. I tried calling, I was number 21 in line, so I get an automated response so I can hang up and be called back when it's my turn in line. Guess what, no call back. I tried calling again in 50 mins, 21 in line, this happened 4 times I called, always 21 in line. What are the probabilities on that, slim and none. I finally went to their website and found a link I could cancel my order. What a nightmare. I went to Bloomex, which I should of done in the first place, no trouble with them, it was very smooth and easy. I'm too old to be dealing with these type of people at Blossom. Stay away, stay far away.
