Scammer

This is a scam. They have 3 diff phone numbers. First tyime i was on their website it said they had stores in NY. For a week they have been bull$#*!ting that my delivery is going out and its been 5 days and no flowers, no refund. No one answers any of the 3 numbers. I have reported them to my credit card.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my in-laws in Elk Point AB. They said it would be delivered that day. Then I received an email saying wouldnt be until the next day, so I looked the company up online and saw people saying they were scammers. I cancelled my order, they said I would get my money back in 2-5 business days. There is nothing. They stole 150 dollars. Do not use them and make sure to report them.

Flower delivery in prices
September 20, 2024

I called this company and in good faith. I ordered flowers for a friend of mine 50 years. I had passed away. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 1 o'clock. So I get a message that morning saying the flowers weren't delivered because they needed an additional $65 to deliver my flowers. By 2 o'clock the next day. The service was at 2 o'clock so this wasn't going to help me. I live on a fixed income and that money. Was money? I had taken out of sometimes I need to pay bills, but my friend was important enough to me to send the flowers. E! Ra they weren't going to be able to provide the service that I had already paid for the day before too late to order any more flowers. And my refund would take 2 to 6 days. They immediately took it off from my debit card. So why can't you just put it right back on there?

Hello everyone,
Recently I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday. I wanted to send her the nicest arrangement that I could afford. The arrangement I chose had lots of flowers and the baby's breath that she loves. What my daughter received was very disappointing to me. I included a photo that was on Blossom Florist's website and the photo of what my daughter received. I included the photos below. When I communicated my dissatisfaction with Blossom Florist, this is the reply that I received:

"After looking into your order, we found that we faced some unexpected shortages in our supplies, which affected our ability to create the arrangement as pictured online. We're truly sorry that we couldn't meet our usual standards this time. We know it's important for you to get what you paid for, so even though the arrangement was filled to the value of your purchase, we understand it didn't meet your expectations. As a gesture of apology, we're offering you a 25% refund on the price of the arrangement."

I can understand having a shortage of supplies; however, I have difficulty with Blossom Florist feeling that what they sent was the same value as the flower arrangement they advertise on their website. What attracted me to the flower arrangement advertised was the size and fullness of flowers in the arrangement. If a particular flower is not available, the arrangement can still look similar by adding flowers that are available to capture the fulness of flowers displayed in the arrangement advertised. In sharing this with a few friends, they totally disagree with Bloom Florist's statement that the value is the same. I would not have purchased the arrangement they sent me if it was advertised because I wanted something nicer for my daughter and still do. It is evident that Blossom Flower Florist is more about profit rather than having the integrity to send what the customer wants and paid for. I gave Blossom Flower three choices. Send the flower arrangement like what you advertised, refund the entire amount, or do nothing and take the consequences, and we will see what the public has to say.

Blossom Flowers chose not to take me up on my request. So, as I told them I would do, I am reaching out to you for your feedback. It appears to me that Blossom Florist is about profits rather than providing their customers with what they paid for and expecting their loved ones to receive.

Please comment below so I can share your comments with Blossom Florist. If there are any flower experts out there, I would really appreciate your comments as well.

Disappointed

It looks like I should have read reviews BEFORE using this company, but I was in a hurry. Learn from my mistakes. I ordered an arrangement called "autumn" for my aunt whose husband died. The arrangement was set to arrive the next day. I let her know to be expecting a delivery. By evening, there was no delivery. When I reached out to customer service, I found out that delivery was changed to the next day. Disappointing to my aunt who was expecting something, and embarrassing for me. It arrived the next evening, after dark. The picture of the arrangement was nothing like autumn. Yellow and white with greenery, completely different from the picture. Not even close. I have waited 10 days or before leaving a review to give them a chance to make it right. Costumer service finally offered a 10% refund today. I would not recommend this company.

Don't use this company. This company charges you in US $, but it's not apparent on their website. It couldn't deliver a floral order to a Manitoba Canada location I had wanted even after confirming that it could. After several days of non-delivery and after charging me in US $, the company issued a refund. However, the refund was less than what I paid. The representative said it was due to fluctuations in the exchange rate and after several e-mails they still refused to make a full refund and kept my money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Deserves Zero Stars

Please don't make the same mistake I did by ordering from this company. Not only did they not deliver the flowers, I was on hold for over 2 hours two different times to try to get my issue resolved. The second time, after waiting over 2 hours, when I was next in line to speak to an actual person, I was forwarded to voicemail. The only responses I could get were from the AI generated email support. They never followed through on any actions they promised for resolution and never refunded me for the purchase. Then, the AI support account stopped responding. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank to be reimbursed (for over a $100 purchase).

Horrible

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is horrible. In November I ordered a friend a plant that they told me over the phone that they had in stock. Then the next day they tell me they don't and would like to send another plant. I agree expecting the plant to be delivered that day. Then they call me again and tell me that they don't have it. I canceled the order.

On Dec 21st I called around looking for another flower shop that would deliver to Bay Roberts, as I am calling from Ontario. Every Flower Shop directs back to Blossom Flowers. Because my husband and I really wanted to send our friend a plant I called again. I asked the person on the phone, I would like to order a plant. Which plant can you see right in front of you that you can guarantee me to send to a friend. The person on the phone told me a plant and I said ok. I verified that this was right in front of her and she could see it. She took my payment and i explained what happened back in November and I didn't want that to happen again. Well this morning Dec 23rd I woke up to an email saying that they didn't have the plant that I ordered and that could they send a poinsettia instead. I am beyond mad. I called my credit card company to see what they had charged me. I was told over the phone my total $137.98. My credit card company told me there was a charge of $199.00. The $130.00 was US. Why would they be charging in US dollars when I am calling Newfoundland? When I spoke to someone, I said you call me and ask if you can send a poinsettia instead. They charge me $199.00 and want to send a poinsettia?

I called this flower delivery service to deliver flowers as my husband's uncle passed away. It took two weeks with emails back and forth and several phone calls to get answers. I waited 45 minutes for customer service to answer the phone, finally at the 46th minute customer service closed and the phone hung up. Needless to say they cancelled the order, flowers never ended up for the service, and now I have to wait 2-6 days to get a refund. This flower delivery business is a scam. I wouldn't trust anything they say or sell. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

If you want your mother to have a gift and flowers on her actually birth date, then don't go with this company! Not only will they say "sorry", 590 times, they also will take your expedite fee and still say "sorry!" No offer to give that back or anything. I almost felt bad for the man saying sorry more than I did my mother who got nothing on her birthday. This company is a joke… and please from the bottom of my heart, do not use this company, even if this is one.

I ordered online, in Auburn Hills MI, spent $77 for my daughter's plant, plus floral arrangements, balloon and card. She never recieved it, the reps are in India somewhere, and could not resolve their mistake. The plant was never delivered, and I was not refunded. There isn't an actual address, just a fake website. Don't waste your money or your time with this one, it's a scam.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My order was "delayed" because of a holiday weekend though it was supposed to be delivered before the holiday. It has been almost a week since I placed my order and it has yet to be delivered with confirmation that it will be delivered on 9/10 — more than 10 days AFTER the order was placed. Worst experience ever, don't order from here!

Watch out for LIES!

Flowers sometimes are a very needed pick me up in a grief journey. Just know that Blossom Flower Delivery WON'T CARE! Broke my heart that I was told on the computer that I could have a same day delivery which was Sept 20th. The 25th it still was not delivered. So, I called for a refund, and I was told it will be delivered today 5 days late. I stated that my recipient will not be there 5 days late. Very BROKEN English was told well that is when it will be delivered. So, because of that no refund can be given. Defeated the reason for the delivery. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY EVER AGAIN...and suggest anyone looking to have a delivery of flowers make sure it is NOT going through them. One star rating in too much 1/3 start rating maybe! It asks for pictures...wish we had some? Completely bad business

Flower order not delivered- can't get refund
July 24, 2024

Flowers ordered five days ago, have not been delivered yet, although they sent email to confirm they had been delivered. They don't respond to emails, except by non-human AI, chats, or texts. After many attempts one of their answering service people in the Philippines answers, but they have no answers, just requests for additional time to "research" the matter. They refuse to give a refund. I want to start legal action against them, but I can't find where they are based.

Wanted a special delivery for my daughters birthday. Ordered the Vibrant Blooms, while still pretty, I got the cheap version with less expensive flower. The picture is a extreme close up. Don't order from this company. Go with the more experience flower delivery guys.

I wish I would have seen theses review before I gave $119 to this scam of flower delivery service. I placed order on Nov 8 for new mom to be in labor delivery and was sadly disappointed that has never arrived. I called customer several on several occasions spoke with 'Kent' my call was never return my concerns never address, and no flowers ever came. DO NOT use Blossom flower delivery!
