They have not delivered the flowers. They charged alot for same day and will not refund. Dont do business with this scam place.
I thought I would give Blossom Flower Delivery a try and was extremely disappointed in the experience. I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful and full bouquet of dark pink roses, light pink roses, stargazer lilies, and a small amount of babies breath and greenery. What my 81 year old mother received was a bouquet with a lot of greenery, the dark pink roses fully bloomed, white lilies not yet bloomed, and a crumpled bow. It had about half the flowers as in the image and would have cost me half of what I was charged had I purchased it from 1800Flowers. I wrote to ask for a partial refund for the partial bouquet and included a side by side comparison of the website image and was received. They did offer in a response to pick up the bouquet and deliver a new one, but that would have been very stressful for my 81 year old mother, so I declined and again asked for a refund. I then received a response telling me a refund would not be possible unless they tried to do a pick up / redeliver. So I called, and was on hold for almost an hour before getting a person who finally agreed to a 30% refund. At no point was there an apology for delivering something so sub-par only excuses about substituting flowers. Had that been the case I'd have been fine, I understand they don't always have all flowers in stock. Delivering a bouquet with significantly fewer flowers (50% ish) is not acceptable. I'll be sticking with 1800Flowers or ProFlowers from now on - better bouquets and much better customer service.

I ordered a plant and they told me they were out of the plant that I ordered and they asked if they could choose another plant that would be comparable to the one I ordered. It was a plant that I could have gotten for 20.00 at a store. When I told them I was not happy they said they would give me 10% back I Told them to keep the 10.00 so they said they would give me 20% back Come to find out the credieted me 10% This place is a JOKE!
I should have read all the reviews before trusting this company. I ordered roses for my wife, for our anniversary to arrive on 11/30/2024. The order came to $96. After they added in their delivery, handling, and tip which came to an additional $26. They never showed up. That evening I checked the tracker and it stated the flowers were delivered. I called them that evening, waited for over 20 minutes for somebody to answer. The lady apologized and I then told her to just credit me the amount and I will go out and buy my wife something else that evening. Again she apologized and said it would take 48 hours. The next day, they delivered the flowers on my doorstep. I called and asked them to pick it up since I had to replace what didn't arrive on 11/30. I received no call after 72 hours. I finally called them again, they stated they would give me a $5 credit instead of the entire amount and hung up the phone. By the way, the flowers were almost dead when they arrived the next day., they were wilted and sick looking. NEVER AGAIN.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Blossom! They are a total scam! They present themselves as a local brick and mortar shop in the area where you're searching for florists, but they are just an online service who must have the worst of the worst florists fill their orders! (Either that, or they give the florist such a pittance of the price that you pay them that the florist has no choice but to send a ridiculously small, sub-par arrangement).
The arrangement I sent to my sister cost $70, and I wouldn't have paid $20 for it in a food store or Produce Junction! (I wouldn't have even purchased it for $20 because it was so poorly arranged)! When I complained to their customer service, they offered a measly 10% back, which was insulting. They eventually came up to 30%, but that was still unacceptable to me. I told them that I wanted a $50 reimbursement or I want nothing. They took me up on nothing, so I am doing what I told them I would do - I will spend my day writing reviews about their terrible, scammy business.
I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered for a friend's 70th birthday on 11/18. I received an email on 11/19 that the flowers had not been delivered. When I called the company, the customer service person noted that there was an internal issue on 11/18 that prevented them from delivering the flowers but they would be delivered on 11/19. I explained that this was not what I had ordered and I would like to have the delivery fee refunded since they hadn't met my request. She said they could refund me $5, but that was all. I will never use this florist again and urge others who expect good service to look elsewhere.

Last minute delay to next day, which was useless for me, then when I wanted to cancel I have been asked for 10% increase I can have the same day delivery! I canceled it!
This one of the worst experiences of online shopping. Blossom flowers didn't follow the instructions provided for delivery. First kept order on hold due to unavailability of flowers and asked for confirmation. Before I reply to them, with in 1 hr received email about flowers being delivered which was apparently asked to be delivered on next day as per order instruction. Receiver didn't received flowers and Blossom delivery was claiming about flowers delivered. It seems like they are running fake business. My whole money got wasted and the special occasion of loved one was ruined unfortunately. If there is an option to give -ve rating would have done that.
Terrible customer service!
I paid for expedited delivery ($5.99) which they did not provide and then proceeded to overcharge my credit card. The flowers were $103.72, they charged $146.49 to my credit card. The flowers were NOTHING like what their website shows and they stopped responding to my emails and calls. This people are evil!
An order was placed by a family member in the UK for 2 x Christmas centrepieces on the 22nd of Dec - to go to 2 different addresses in Nova Scotia. I got a call Christmas eve from a local florist saying they had a flower delivery for me and also asked if I could also take the delivery of the other one for someone else who lived too far away to get their delivery (that was paid for) before Christmas, I agreed but when they arrived they didn't have one for me, they just delivered the one for someone else while saying they didn't have time to get mine done so they'd come back after Christmas!
When the sender found out what happened and saw the pic of what was delivered she was furious and cancelled the order for mine (that hadn't been delivered) and asked for a refund for the one that was sent to the wrong address but BLOSSOM FLOWERS refused because I had received 'something' even though it wasn't for me, they wouldn't even consider a partial refund, not even of the delivery charge, to make up for the fact that NO-ONE got what was ordered and PAID for!
She ordered 2 round centrepiece baskets filled with ROSES, candy canes, holly berry's and christmas baubles for a total spend of $115 EACH but they delivered 1 cheap CARNATION christmas gas station type one sided 'bouquet' of 6 white carnations and 3 red ones with filler and 3 pine cones in a glass vase to the wrong house --- ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWERS----- ZERO Customer Service hey just ghost you. BEWARE
I called to the Blossom Flower Delivery to place an order, they didn't answer instead I heard a message stating that it was a high volume of calls, I hung up. And immediately a received a call back from them asking me if I wanted to place an order so they can help me, I proceed with the order not knowing what they are a SCAM, because the order a receive was not even close with the picture on the internet, I was charged extra money if I wanted to receive it by noon, the flowers were delivered by 3 o'clock. When I called to check the status of the order, the guy told me that they were delivered at noon, but surprise when I told him that was in the building and nothing was delivered yet, when finally the flowers were delivered, Surprised to see that it was not what I paid for it and wasn't even close to the picture on the internet, on the back of the arrangement the foam block was all out instead inside of the paper vase that they used, when I called back to complain about it they kept me for an hour in the Q and supposedly I was caller number 16 and when it was my turn they hung up on me. They have so many different phone numbers and I tried to call back from the number they called me and it answered as a medical center. DONT BUY FROM THAT PLACE.
My team ordered the Vibrant bouquet for our boss and the bouquet delivered looked nothing like what was ordered in size or flowers. We were so disappointed. I've reached out to customer support requested the send the correct bouquet. I'll update if resolved. Unfortunately, this site won't let me add photos for some reason.
The card was signed with the wrong name. The order arrived late, after my niece had left work. And I was assured it would arrive early afternoon not after 4 pm. I never received a confirmation email so no order number. The flowers were wrong. Since I do not have the order # I can't email or live chat with customer service. Ordered bereavement arrangement online for colleague for $188.46. First issue was no receipt was sent to my email, though all correspondences afterwards was to the email. I received notification from my credit card company that the charge went through. It was ordered for next day delivery on Saturday but they indicated that there was a supply issue and that the arrangement would be delivered on Tuesday, 4 days later. See picture for what was sent, though lovely, is absolutely not worth that much money. When called for a refund, they initially offered 20% and, when I protested, then 30% + $10 off next purchase. They were saying that they had already spent the money on the supplies so that's all they could offer. There is no way that supplies would have cost $131.92 on this tiny arrangement. I requested that this be escalated up to management but the rep told me that was all that management would be able to offer. I am awaiting a call from management. Absolutely horrible experience so far.
I paid for roses with a tip to be delivered to my sister who was discharged from the hospital. I checked the status of the delivery several times throughout for five days and they kept rescheduling. You can't get through customer service either you have to wait for 30 mins or there are 30 calls ahead of you! Do NOT USE Blossom Flower Delivery Website...it's a scam and fraud. I hope they get rich quick by scamming senior citizens, etc. This Website is going to be taken down! More than 1000 consumer complaints were submitted to BBB! Good luck!
A "sympathy" bouquet was ordered and paid for. Initial email was received that delivery would be 2 days late. No delivery was received. No one responds to subsequent messages (7 have been sent).
This company is fraudulent. They promised delivery on a specific day, which held significant personal importance to me, (these flowers are for my mom, and it was the anniversary of my brother's death) but failed to fulfill it. Initially, they claimed the delivery was made, only to later retract and state it was not possible that day. My attempts to contact customer support were met with silence, save for an automated response. Further inquiries revealed a vague excuse related to COVID-19, despite it being the year 2024. A subsequent phone call resulted in assurances of delivery for today, so I am hopeful. However, their disregard for customer care is apparent. Timely delivery, especially for something as sensitive as flowers, should be paramount. The importance of honoring delivery dates cannot be overstated. This company's practices are deceptive and warrant investigation.
An American company that although they cater to Canadian market, do not disclose being out of US and charging in USD! I was shoked to see my credit card charged 40% more than what I paid at the checkout. I would have gotten a much more extravagant bouquet at that price using a local shop or just go Costco, unfortunate that on this particular occasion Cosctco did not have what I was lloking for. Never again, had I known it was an American company I would have never shoped on their site.
I ordered flowers for my sister's retirement party, paid extra for expedited delivery, and purchased three add-ons: greeting card, chocolates, and balloon. The company claimed the flowers were delivered on Friday (the promised date), and the flowers did not arrive until the following MONDAY after 5 PM. The flowers were drooping; There were no chocolates, no card, and no balloons. Trying to get through on their customer service number is impossible. The wait was excessive, and when the automated operator said I was next in line, it would start the wait cycle over again. NEVER use this company. Horrible.
Business is a scam. I ordered flowers for a special university graduation and the flowers were not delivered. I contacted them via their website and sent 3 emails requesting a credit to my credit card and have not heard from them, even though they say 48 hour contact. It's been 2 weeks. VERY disappointed with this company and I was VERY upset the graduate didn't receive her well deserved flowers from out of town family. 1 star rating is one too many. Don't believe reviews on their own website. Scam!
