I ordered flowers for a funeral service. They were to be delivered on 8/29/2024 for a service to take place on 8/30/2024. When I arrived at the funeral home I found that the flowers were never delivered. I never received a call or email stating there was an issue with the order. I called when I returned to work. After being on hold for almost 30 minutes I negotiated the flowers to be delivered the next day at the residence instead of the funeral home. Again, not delivered. Since this was for a coworker, the email address I used was for work. On 8/31/2024 I received an email that stated "We hope this message finds you well. Orders may have flex delivery for florist holidays such Labor day. Flex delivery ensures on such a high order volume holiday that recipients receive their orders by the holiday to enjoy.
Your order is currently scheduled to be delivered on August 30 - September 3. We will be in touch with any further updates." Of course, I didn't see the email until I returned to work Monday. I asked my coworker if he received the flowers and he did not. How embarrassing. Two times his flowers were not delivered. I demanded a refund and was told that I would receive it between 2-6 days. According to many other reviews their refunds were never received so we'll see if we get the refund. There is almost 2000 complaints with the BBB about this company. They are a TOTAL SCAM! Stay away from them! Also, they have to post fake reviews on their website because it says they have a 4.9/5 star score and everywhere else it is barely a 1 star.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and confirmed they would be delivered the day of the funeral. No flowers ever arrived and I did not receive a phone call that there was an issue. I called the next day to find out why and was told they had supply issues, so they just did nothing. I requested a full refund, and they kept offering me a $5 credit and would deliver something to the family after the funeral.
I chose to order from this site because they had next day delivery. The next day I received a message that the flowers would be delivered on the next available delivery date. I canceled my order. She offered me $5 off my order if I would not cancel. Do not order from this company they lie!
Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I ordered flowers for delivery on October 5th only to have them not be delivered - Order ID: *******. I called, they were supposed to investigate and get back to me in 24-48 hours but never did. I have emailed and called to no avail. They said they were delivered; they were not! I have requested Proof of Delivery 3 times with no response. I had to order flowers from another company and had those delivered. This happened one other time with another company (to the same address) that I believe is run by Blossom as well, just under a different name - Just Flowers. I would not waste my time and hard-earned money on these companies.

Stay away from this flower company. I paid for delivery before 1 PM for Flowers and I also paid for chocolate to be delivered all at the same time. They were unable to make the 1 PM delivery and had to call and spend time with the phone to find out what's happening. Then I was promised it would be delivered by 6 PM and they refund me the charge for it not being there early. So the flowers were not delivered by 6 PM and I spend more time on the phone and then no one was there at the house to receive it. Then after it finally came late at night and it was dark the chocolate was not delivered. I just spent another couple hours trying to call and find out what was going on and I was just told that they would get back to me in 48 hours after spending another hour on the phone. This turned into a big flop as a surprise birthday present for my wife. After hours on the phone, they refunded me for the chocolate and refunded me the early charge that I paid to get there before 1 PM on her birthday. None of this is worth ever calling this company to do work or to send flowers for me again.
Flowers were ordered and paid for on line. For delivery to an Anchorage hospital. I received an email indicating that the arrangement ordered was delivered. When I contacted a family member of the hospitalized individual the flowers were never received. I contacted "customer service" via email as this was the only method of contact available. I received a cryptic response that they would investigate the matter. I have heard nothing back from the "florist" I have heard nothing further. No flowers no refund
This is a foreign company that fraudulently uses the the names of other florists in their headline to fool people into using there website instead of the using the site of the florist they intended to us. Very high fees. DO NOT USE!
I ordered ballons to de delivered to my mom who is a stroke victim in a nursing home and paid for expedited delivery, 7 hours past deadline still nothing and the company is not reachable by phone. Their website is a bad joke and won't even let you send messages to them. I requested a full refund. I really hate them for ruining her birthday. Avoid them like the plague and use a legit florist
So I ordered my friend an orchid plant to be delivered at her work for her birthday...never showed up. I paid for express delivery. I spent HOURS + HOURS trying to get a human on the phone as well as trying this virtual rep thing. When I finally got ahold of them they said they could deliver it 2 days later than what was paid for. Like come on... a birthday is a birth Day. Needless to say, I was perturbed. I asked for a refund & they offered me all kind of "options". Options that did not include a refund. I gave up on that & disputed it on my credit card & was eventually refunded. The problems I had with this company were Hella ridiculous. DON'T DO IT!
Ordered 5/28/24 flowers to be delivered 6/6/24, called 6/11 said they were working on the delivery, called again 6/13 was told flowers were delivered, have to check with the person I sent them to. Wow what a run around this company is a big SCAM. They tell you anything but don't give you a time or any delivery confirmatioin.
I placed an order for a standing floral anchor for my shipmate that I served with in the US Navy a solid week before his funeral. I was contacted by text by Blossom Floral 4 30pm the day before the funeral that they weren't able to complete the order as placed. They offered a generic circular reef with the same color flowers. I had no choice to accept what they offered due to the timeline. I feel like they knew they weren't going to put in the extra effort to make what I wanted after they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The old "Bait and Switch" at it's finest. Thanks Blossom for disappointing me, my shipmates, my friends family and the entire US Navy!
I made the mistake of clicking Blossom Flower Delivery to order potted flowers for my mothers birthday. They appeared as the first selection after a Google search. Thanks Google, you're promoting a terrible company.
- I ordered a potted floral arrangement, and received a call approximately noon on delivery day to tell me that the local florist can't make a potted arrangement and my order would be substituted for a cut flower arrangement of a higher quality to make up for the inconvenience
- My order was $70. The arrangement that was delivered was awful and looked like something picked up from the grocery store for $15.
- I am in Canada and searched through Google.ca where I was led to Blossom Flower Delivery where I was not notified that I was being charged in US DOLLARS.
- I reached out twice to Blossom Flower Delivery customer service to give them a chance to make this right and over 1 week they have no responded.
On August 8,2024, I paid a total of $203.72 for a pink standing spray (174.99) with a sympathy banner (9.99) to be delivered to a funeral home in Washington, Indiana.
When I arrived for the funeral on August 10th, I was dismayed to discover that in place of the standing spray with banner, a basket of flowers had been substituted. It was clearly of lesser value than the spray I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the message on the card was also incorrect.
I contacted the local florist that had filled the order (Myers Flower Shop in Washington, IN) and sent them a photograph of the basket that had been delivered. Myers verified that the basket substituted had a retail price of $90, significantly lower than the $174.99 I had paid (and let's not forget the 9.99 banner that was also omitted).
I have made multiple complaints to Blossom, and offered to send written documentation from Myers regarding the actual price of the item delivered. They have continued to maintain that the basket was of equivalent value, which is a blatant lie easily disproved. They refuse to offer more than a 15% refund, which is insulting given the magnitude of the discrepancy. Furthermore, it was deeply upsetting as I wanted a spectacular arrangement to demonstrate my regard for a close and beloved friend. I was beside myself when I saw what had been delivered.
After multiple conversations with Blossom and complete intransigence on their part, I accepted the 15% refund as better than nothing. However, I am deeply angered by their poor customer service and blatant lie. I should have been refunded the difference in price between the two arrangements plus the 9.99 for the missing banners, or 84.99 plus 9.99.
Order from Blossom at your peril.
I had ordered a bouquet for my mother for mother's day. They did not have enough drivers on the day and it was not delivered with no prior warning. This was upsetting as I don't live in the country and was very excited to give this to my mom for her day. They then kept sending emails about delays. It was delivered 2 days later, and my mother is no longer home to receive them. I did make them aware to not deliver this as she will not be home. They have yet to refund my order and I've only been in communication with an AI customer service. This was also a very expensive purchase for me.
I placed an order on Thursday for a Friday delivery. They were not until the following Tuesday. They gave no information about this. I had to cell them because the recipient let us know they never got the flowers. When they arrived this is what they looked like (see attached photo). When they finally responded to my request for info, they sent me someone else's info. They did nothing right and I finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the payment. DON'T USE THESE CROOKS.

I placed an order on the 29th of August 2024. I paid $10.99 for handling fee, $5.00 for express delivery for same day by 1pm, $5.99 for another fee, $3.00 tip, the flowers were $59.99. The flowers were not delivered until Friday August 30th, 2024, after 2pm. The flowers were not what I ordered; they were also old. The picture on the left is the flowers I placed an order for. The picture on the right is the one that was received. Every time I try to get in contact with Blossom Flower Delivery the wait time is about 30 minutes. You will not receive a confirmation email, nor will you receive an invoice or receipt for your order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! FIND ANOTHER FLOWER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM! SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE THAT DID NOT FELT GOOD!
Should have looked at reviews. Do not order from them! Day of delivery they called on automated robot call stating it's delayed to next day. Next day same crap! This was a Mother's Day gift. Then called my mom to tell her she was getting something but it's delayed. Just put in a refund complaint to credit card. I'd have my 9 year old kid do a flower arrangement delivery before ever using these people again! Not even worth a one star!
