This is the worst floral delivery service out there. Deliveries not made after several promises that they would re-deliver several times and they never did. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM EVER!
I would give ZERO stars if possible. Order was delivered 7 days early and sat in the sun while my mom was away on vacation. I had the delivery set for 9/4 and it came on 8/29. Horrific. Then, they delivered the WRONG arrangement. Customer service team is useless. Offered me 50% even though they are the ones in the wrong. I will NEVER use them or recommend them. BUYER BEWARE!
I cannot say this LOUD enough, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the DELUXE of an arrangement for anniversary, picture showed at least 1 dozen red roses on their standard, so with the deluxe I would expect more for $150 (inc. Tax/delivery). My wife received FOUR roses! A vase that looked like a pod from Alien, holly(!), and apparently $150 isn't enough to even warrant bow. Looks like it was thrown together with holiday leftovers. Worst part, when customer service was contacted, they offered only 15% refund because of the "costs already incurred", so I'm supposed to incur the costs? They came back with a last and final 20%, didn't realize customer satisfaction was a negotiation?!?! Horrible company

They have very questionable integrity with their services. I recently lost a family member. I live in SAN DIEGO, CA working for the US Navy. So, a family who traveled to Delaware for the funeral and I held a Zoom & we went to this company's website We selected, agreed, and paid for a Blossom Deluxe Wreath with expedited delivery service too. On the day of the funeral, instead of what we ordered/paid for, they delivered two(2) gross house plants without notification to me that they had changed my order.
My family member that was on the ZOOM during the purchase, indicated to the delivery person that a wreath was ordered. The company delivery guy stated two plants were ordered and left(the service was on 8/23/2025-Saturday). Once informed of this matter, I called 6 times the next week after the funeral service and spoke to a Dave and his team (x3). All of them lied & stated the wreath was delivered. I contacted this company on the next available work day (8/25/2025- Monday-Saturday 8/30/2025) and did not get an apology or explanation as to "why" the wreath was not delivered. After several intense conversations, they had the audacity to offer me a return of 20% of my $159 total and stated we should have taken photos of the two plants that they delivered as we grieved. Pissed and disappointed with this company's predatory behavior toward online customers.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered flowers for a funeral after calling them twice to ensure they could deliver on time. They assured me on two separate calls that they would be delivered on time. Charged expedited fee. Instrauctions were clear on the invoice they sent. But the flowers never made it to the funeral. I did get charged and an email saying my I could not get a email bc they had "successfully" delivered the flowers 2.5 hours after they said they would and the funeral had finished. Successful delivery would have been delivering them at the time they said they would when they charged me. Funny enough, you can get a hold of a human if you call before they get your credit card info, after they charge you and you ask for a refund bc no one received flowers, they only let you interact with bots. Stay away!
They will charge you and never deliver the flower and send an old picture, blurry with a total different order as a delivery was made, however they ll use a picture of a different location to Update it as delivered. It is very wrong and devilish to do on someone's special occasion.
I ordered a bouquet for a friend that was dying. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered, not even close. I have contacted Blossom multiple times and I have never got a response. It's been 15 days since I contacted them. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered a tropical flower arrangement & received a funeral looking arrangement. Asked for a refund - offered 10% & a $10 credit on next order.
Nope - I paid for a tropical arrangement, now a funeral arrangement.
They refuse to send the correct arrangement or give a refund. They could care less that I informed them I would leave negative reviews everywhere I could.
They took my money, DIDN'T deliver the flowers, and when I complained, asked for an explanation & a refund, they sent an automated message offering a discount on a future order (which will obviously never come)
They are located in outside the US i can't bring them to court.

This company charges high prices for prod, handling charges, service charges, expedited delivery, etc, then does everything opposite. I was very dissatisfied with their service, they offered to refund my expedited delivery charge, only to send me a store credit. I would never recommend them or use them, so basically their word is not trustworthy andvthey are a fraudulent company as far as I am concerned!
I ordered a "Faith Iris Bouquet" and… I ordered a "Faith Iris Bouquet" and was sent a ratty cheap bouquet without any iris in it at all. Customer Service is a series of Bots and endless emails. So far no refund nor replacement bouquet. DO NOT use blossom flower delivery. They are a con.
Ordered sympathy flowers a week ago. Granted, I had the address wrong, but changed it right away. They STILL have them "in process". So $#*!ing ridiculous. I actually don't think they are real honestly
Purchased an arrangement and it showed up completely different flowers and completely different colors than ordered. I contacted customer service 3 times without a response. When I was able to get someone on the phone they were not of any help at all. I said, "you have to agree that the flowers are not even the same and the colors are not even remotely close to what the photo shows" and she gave a scripted response. I said, "yes or no are they the same" and she could not agree. She said they do substitutions on flowers they don't have and I said the entire arrangement is replaced with different everything... not only that, the arrangement was put together like someone had their eyes closed while doing it. They did not include the mylar balloon that was ordered as well. When she probably got annoyed with me, she offered a 10% refund on just the flowers ($4.99) wooo... then she went to 20% and then 30%... this company lacks quality, customer service and integrity altogether. I am not one to make reviews or call in and complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous all around. Do not order from this company what so ever
Buyer Beware! The bouquet that was delivered was nothing like the advertised photo - shabby, low quality, cheap! In addition, was charged $30 in fees (handling, delivery, taxes) beyond the $65 for the flowers.
The company can't even let me know if the flowers are delivered. I've tried to call them but it's automated and they drop the call. Don't use them. They are the absolute worst..
Very Disappointed-lower quality substitution instead of ordered tulip arrangement.
The flowers in the received arrangement for my mother's birthday were less than equivalent to the tulip arrangement that I had ordered. The flowers included in the arrangement were of less abundance and lesser value. This was not of equal value, as the substitution policy references, but of lesser value, and there lies my issue. I proceeded with this review due to the lack of communicating the need for such a lower level substitution in advance for transparency. This situation is unfortunate, as I chose their services over 2 other companies, which I now regret. For future customer orders, I highly suggest that they modify their policies to include notifying paying customers of substitutions with transparency ahead of time, in addition to relaying the policy to contracted florists that provide the services on their behalf.
Placed my order 6/19/25 to be delivered 6/24/25. Was delivered 6/23/25 and this is what was received. First pic is what I ordered total was $130 also added a tip. This company said they would only refund 30% because they were out the cost of the flowers, I asked if they would remake the flowers andre deliver the flowers and they said no they would only offer a 30% refund this flower arrangement was 90 bucks. Do not buy from them I spoke to multiple florists and they said flowers would not wilt like this even over the weekend. As a business owner i would be mortified if I put out a product like this and would do whatever it took to make things right
BBB should require reviews to be posted on company website. Had I seen the reviews I certainly wouldn't have ordered from these liars! So many issues! They promised delivery on Saturday then on Saturday sayid delivery for my substitute order will be delivered on Tuesday. But, I never saw or approved a substitute order! They said they didn't deliver to residences?! But allowed residences to be selected! They placed me on hold Saturday evening for 15 mins to talk to the florist about the selection they made on my behalf, knowing there were no florists working Sat after 5:00 in this area! Of course the call was "disconnected "! Ha! Never, ever, again! These phoney apologies are useless and pointless. Purchasing flowers, especially funeral spays, is such an emotional time and should be handled with care, honesty and empathy. They should be ashamed!
I went to Blossom as they advertised as same day delivery. I paid a marked-up price for the same delivery and I paid %5 extra for early delivery on the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery was done not on the same day, not on the next day but 2 days after. And the excuse was that the provider did not have fresh flowers on that day. Avoid Blossom as they do not keep their promise and they offer you %10 coupon for next order. I'll never will work with them again.
I ordered my wife a dozen rose bouquet. It was supposed to be delivered by 5. I got no call, update or email about them not being able to deliver until the next day. The best they could come up with was maybe delivered the next day by 5pm. Way too late and not even worth doing anymore. I cant believe how much they screwed things up. Highly disappointed and can not remotely recommend even a little bit. If your counting on them, dont!
