The replacement for what I ordered was so sad even after it was delivered a day late! Please do not waste your money with this company!
Every mother's day I have flowers delivered to my mother-in-law, and my daughter (her birthday is on the 10th). I've used this company for years. But never again. My mother-in-law received an arrangement unlike what I ordered, and my daughter did not receive them at all. After asking about my daughters, they assured me they would get them delivered to her home on the 11th. I received a phone call at 8pm from bloomstoday saying they couldn't be delivered until Monday. So Angry. Now my refund will take 5-7 business days.
Ordered flowers three weeks in advance to be delivered to my MIL for her 80th birthday. Paid a premium for them to be delivered the day of her birthday, which was a Saturday. Received an email the afternoon of her birthday saying: 1) They couldn't deliver that day, but sometime the next week; and 2) They couldn't even deliver flowers the next week, it would have to be an unknown gift basket. I can't believe this is the 21st century and they can't figure out over three weeks how to deliver flowers to a private home. Shame on me... I should've done my research. I am so mad and went online to write reviews and have found an overwhelming amount of negative reviews on Blooms Today. Giving them zero stars wasn't an option.
I ordered a plant basket for a wake I couldnt attend and wanted it there two days before to make sure it was there on time. I called today - the day of the service and they hadn't gotten it! I called Blooms and they told me they couldn't give me the name of the florist and they'd call them. I then I got a picture of the arrangement as it showed eventually - and it's half the size of the one I ordered! This was $100 and looked So small. I'm so disappointed! Photos show what I paid for and 2nd What showed up!
I ordered flowers at 10 pm the night before my daughters 29th birthday. I requested delivery the next day between noon and 3 (its the only spec request i had). I was to be in the hospital on her birthday so i was planning a surprise. At 3:05 pm no flowers but a voicemail on my phone (no signal in the hospital) saying that they had to substitute 3 kinds of flowers "would it be ok?" i didnt know of this call till 4:15 when we started calling about the flowers that were no longer a surprise (or NOT there either). They said they would call us. At 5 pm i left the hospital and spoke to my by now disappointed daughter. No flowers... i called their 1 800 and was told the ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED! I WAS LIVID! I sincerely wish i could give them negative amounts of stars... oh, and our credit card has been billed for the flowers and the hokey companies you have to subscribe to to get their discount... livid in texas
Wow! The funeral flowers we are ordered were beauti... OH WAIT. No they weren't. Because they were NEVER DELIVERED. And they didn't inform us... we found out because we got a credit from our AMEX card. Says they deliver the same day... we ordered 24 hours in advance. Said they would deliver them to their home (5 days later AT A DISCOUNT).

FLOWERS that were ordered for an occasion were NEVER DELIVERED and numerous emails and calls took way too long for a reply. They have limited customer service hours and really do not care about providing positive customer ship. When I finally spoke to someone she said my flowers could be delivered in two days. THREE DAYS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED!
Interestingly, but not surprisingly, THEY CHARGED MY CARD IMMEDIATELY-THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NOTHING BUT STRESS AND EMBARRASSMENT AS THESE WERE SENT AS A GIFT. They are a ZERO!

Blooms Today has disappointed my expectation in the worst kind of way -order not delivered on time after three calls to customers service the receiver got the delivery -nice try however I received a photo of the plants in the basket I was assured of getting- it ruined the the overall look of the " EUROPEAN " plant basket -So sad and disappointing-I wanted my friend to be impressed with the arrangement
Ordered a $100.00 Mother's Day bouquet for MIL through blooms today. Opted for flex delivery option, which was guaranteed May 12-14th. On May 12th I receive an email saying that their "network" of florists couldn't accommodate. They offered me delivery after Mothers Day, which I less than enthusiastically agreed to, bc it was already too late to order anywhere else. I asked for ( wasn't offered) a discount, since I paid s holiday premium for flowers that weren't delivered on the holiday - they did offer me 20% back…
Here I am May 16th, and at 1:25 pm get an email telling me they cancelled my order bc their florist couldn't accommodate order. What that actual f*** is that. I could have ordered from literally anyone else and had Monday delivery, so shame on me for continuing to deal with these bafoons. Here I am frustrated and flowerless.
Oh, btw they can't accommodate my flower delivery, but they urged me to get a gift basket from them ( see emails below) … this can't be serious.
I will NEVER order from blooms today again! My mom lives in Arizona and I live in Pa, so I thought I would send her a Christmas delivery. My order was not delivered on set date so I called First they said they didn't deliver the flowers because they said they had to change the floral arrangements, so I got that all settled... or so I thought I called back a second time because of no delivery and I was told they contacted the floral shop and my order was on the truck to be delivered by 8pm. Well guess what, yes you guessed it. No delivery, not only did my mother not get her Christmas delivery on set date but I was lied to. She said she was checking on my order and to please hold I could hear her just tapping her nails so now it's 11:48 pm in Pa December 27,2019 and still no delivery for Christmas as ordered. I can't wait to hear the excuse for it this time. My order had a 20$ delivery fee which is obviously a joke. I feel a full refund should be paid as well as the the order still delivered. I'm very upset about this. I will be in contact with my bank to make sure no funds are taken from this hoax of a place and report.

Do not purchase flowers from this site. If I'm correct they have local florist create a bundle for you so you never get what pictured online I actually spent $100 on a bouquet for my mom for her birthday and that's what I spent for her birthday nothing else assuming it was going to be absolutely beautiful I got a message the day of her birthday when it was supposed to be delivered saying that no florist had what I selected but something similar would be created so I already knew I wasn't going to get some thing as good and what was delivered was 12 pink roses this is what I ordered and what I got smh
Never delivered, customer service kept telling me it will be delivered by 7pm, which is way too late for a flower delivery, but I received the same message at 10pm.
I ordered an arrangement prior day, received an email stating delivered upon inquiry the delivery was not made. When I reached put they said they were running behind schedule, well then do not lie and send an email stating delivery made. Thus surprise delivery ruined because I inquired to recipients who informed they hadn't received. Then when I expressed being upset and no longer wanting to be a member they canceled the whole order all together and tells me I will receive a refund in 5-7 days. So my special gift will NOT arrive and now I am waiting for the money to order from another Company thus my gift over a week late! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE BEST PART the customer service number is Bogos! No one answers, it directs you to send an email and hangs up! You DO NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON EVER! I called 5 times! They only communicate via email! I ordered flowers to be delivered at my wife's office and they were never delivered. I paid extra cash for same day delivery and they did nothing about it.
When I called at 12 they said they will deliver by 3, when I called at 3, they said they will deliver by 5. When I called at 445 inquiring about the delivery, the EXTREMELY RUDE lady said "You have 15 mins left. If we cannot deliver, we will repay all money."
I called her again at 6:28PM and she had no clue that the delivery was never made. Her only answer was 'Sorry' and when I asked her what about the fact that I wanted to give my wife flowers on a special day, her reply was 'I cant do anything about it'
These people are a bunch of crooks who should not be allowed to do business. Just a bunch of ridiculous lazy thieves. She promised to send me an email confirming a complete refund and I have had nothing in the past 24 hours.

My sister-in-law's company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today, they said florist said it was delivered, I asked for confirmation because it was not received. They "couldn't" tell me anything else because I am not the sender. The were supposed to contact the sender. A week later after hearing nothing, I called back. Same story but this time she said they don't call the sender, sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR RECEIVER WILL NEVER GET WHAT IS ORDERED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
I didn't receive the type of flowers I ordered I ordered a large Bear and got a small one the chocolates were good though but they are scammers
I purchased a floral arrangement from this site. Everything looked excellent on the website and they guarantee fast shipping and delivery. I placed an order to surprise my wife for Valentine's day feeling pretty confident about their services. I later received and e-mail stating that there were no florists to deliver to my address. I also found that the price quoted to me on the website was NOT what I was charged. BEWARE this site charged me a hidden $30 in fees! They are going to give me a full refund, however, I will not receive it for 5-7 business days. I find this ridiculous considering it took all of 30 seconds to take my money.
