I recently did a FHA STREAMLINE. Caliber Homes found out
Because they monitor mortgage hits on your credit. They called
Immediately after I started a FHA Refinance through another lender. They
Sent me a counter offer even, that would have cost me 12,000+ to get.
The FHA Streamline didn't cost me a dime. I signed the title papers on
The 25th of March 2019, and they were wired their monies on 3-29-1019, I
Have the wire number. They turned me in for 30 day late payment and
Have not updated the credit reports; so my credit score went down
Because of them. I will never use another fly=by=night mortgage company
Again. Would go with Quicken Loans. They are #1 in the nation. Grrrr.
Never again. Rude, unethical, and unprofessional. Don't use them.

Every mother's day I have flowers delivered to my mother-in-law, and my daughter (her birthday is on the 10th). I've used this company for years. But never again. My mother-in-law received an arrangement unlike what I ordered, and my daughter did not receive them at all. After asking about my daughters, they assured me they would get them delivered to her home on the 11th. I received a phone call at 8pm from bloomstoday saying they couldn't be delivered until Monday. So Angry. Now my refund will take 5-7 business days.

We are sorry for this Elizabeth. We do try very hard to keep this from happening, especially for a special day when it's imperative to have the delivery arrive on time. We know that timing is so important. While we do have thousands of successful deliveries, sometimes a circumstance will happen that is beyond our control and an order is late or is unavailable and we try to notify customers as quickly as possible. We take full responsibility for this. I know we can't bring back the day and make it right. We are deeply sorry for everything.

Open sky is a horrible place to buy anything. I sent back a purse that was suppose to be a 99 dollar purse, I purchase for 53.97, they only refunded me 40.09. What the hell. Will not buy anything ever again!
