I paid the expedited fee to have flowered delivered before school let out. Not only were they extremly late, they didn't even have them there before they left school. Customer service basically said... sorry we'll try better next time. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Buyer beware, they will charge you an expedited fee and be late with a simple "sorry" as if that's just the normal way the operate.

Crap Product

Not impressed. Did the florist special where they create a fresh bouquet for $30 (on sale for $20) then +$20 for shipping. $40 and they sent 5 roses. 5 red roses. In a cheap vase that I had to pay another $5 for. Quality is sub par. I wouldn't use this company. On top of that, the Groupon is misleading. You don't end up saving anything because of all the additional charges. I do not recommend.

AVOID

I purchased a voucher via groupon and arranged flowers to be delivered the same day. Long story short, due to the current time they weren't able to deliver. Which would have been fine however every time I called Blooms Today they would tell me how they had confirmation of delivery and if anything changed they would call or email me. I even called them to make sure the flowers would be delivered and they assured me they would. Well they never got delivered and so 5 days later I asked for a refund. I was then given an alternative which was a gift basket but I would have had to pay an extra $22. I chose not to so the rude woman said the refund will be issued and hung up on me. Worst service, company and especially staff! AVOID

I ordered a certain sympathy bouquet in a certain vase. It came from the florist in a cheap vase and not at all like the picture but did use about 50% of the right flowers and was delivered on time.
I showed customer service the photo of what was ordered vs what was delivered. They will do nothing but tell you how they hope your 'emotions' were satisfied with the delivery.
Nonsense. Give me a refund, the florist let them down and they condone it.

Dissatisfied

I was very disappointed paid over 80 dollars for a funeral Bouquet of flowers and 20 dollars for delivery. They came UPS some of the flowers were wilted looking not arranged very well. I sent a reply back heard nothing not sure what a 100 present satisfaction means to them. Would not recommend them.

Not what I paid for

They delivered something totally different and cheaper. I ordered the loving memories standing arrangement with larkspur, chrysanthemums and snap dragons and what I got was 6 pink roses and daisies in a small basket that fit on a side table. It was embarrassing and upsetting because it was for a funeral.

Fake advertisement

The flowers delivered were not representative of what was pictured on your website (on your site they were enlarged) nor when I ordered was there any mention of delivery chargers.
I paid over $80.00 for the flowers, including delivery charges, and the flower arrangement looks cheaper; like less that $30.00.

Bait and Switch Website

I had a friend who passed away in Louisiana and Blooms To Day (Echovita) offered multiple types of flower arrangements that as it turns out they didn't know if they could fulfill. I get a call the day before the funeral asking me to change the order which I did. I got another call 1 hour before the funeral indicating they couldn't fulfill the order. Therefore my thoughts and prayers for my friend would not be communicated through the flowers I had ordered. This company counts on the death of others to get business then when they can't deliver what they promise offers you $20 off the next order... ha there won't be a next time for me and if you read this you should just call a local florist and not use this service.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and they never were delivered! They send a message saying they were and when I contacted my mom, nothing came. I Started reading reviews after and see they do this a lot, funerals, birthdays, Mother's Day, all occasions! What a way to destroy feelings and hurt your fellow human! This place and all employees will burn in hell for doing this and they need to be shut down and sued! Shame on you all!

I ordered a plant for a funeral service of a family member 5 days before the service. I was unable to attend the service due to being out of town. 24 hours following the service, I received a call informing me the plant was never delivered. They asked if I wanted it delivered to a home address instead and informed me it would be an additional THREE days before it would be delivered there. In a time of loss and mourning, showing support with a nice plant or flowers is the least you can do. However, if you want it done, DO NOT use this company. If never been so disappointed.

They promise you half price plants and low cost delivery fees. Watch out there is no discount if you don't pay 9.99 every month and this is in very small writing. There is small shipping fee but, a large service fee. If you see half price flowers go and pay full price with another company.

I ordered off of Blooms Today, and the flowers never showed up, as others have stated. They didn't send me an email explaining that the flowers were going to be late or try to contact me. I understand that because of COVID 19, there may be a delay, but that isn't a excuss not contacting the buyer. I got these flowers for my mom. I purchased the Groupon deal and paid the rest out of pocket. I tried reaching out, but no response. Good thing, the flowers were just part of my gift. My order number is *******. I would like to get a refund as the flowers were not delivered.

They didn't call to tell me there was a problem. I arrived at the funeral and my flowers didn't.
I don't recommend this unreliable company. Now, I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund and there were flowers!

I decided to order flowers, they tell you if you order today you'll save 50% off by signing up to bloomsrewards.com just by putting your email address. After you place your oder, the receipt shows that you've paid the discounted price. So you're happy. Then they will send you an email, saying that they will charge you FULL price for the flowers PLUS $9.99 for the bloomsrewards membership. I called BLOOMSTODAY.com trying to cancel everything and I had to call 4 times and speak with 4 different people, everyone gave me a different story everytime. They would NOT cancel my order. Every single one was very difficult to talk to, telling me supervisors were not available and they were the only ones that could cancel my order.

Your flowers may not be delivered even if you get a conformation e-mail so if you really want flowers for a special event delivered do NOT use BloomsToday.com. How can a refund make up for flowers not being at my fathers funeral?

Flowers

Ordered flowers for my mom. What I ordered and what she received were completely different. I contacted Blooms Today and they said they'd redeliver. Then they emailed and said they wouldn't be able to deliver so they cancelled the reorder and said they'd refund my money (I'm at the point of waiting for the refund). Have never had this happen with any other florist so definitely won't use them again.

I ordered flowers through funeral home obituries web site(Echovita) two days ahead of the funeral of my aunt. A vary nice photo of my order appeared. Making all look good. Yet with less than 24 hours left I got a notice that NO FLOWERS were avaible. A green plant was suggested as a substitute. With little or NO TIME left to find another florist I have been forced to send a inferior and unwanted product in mothers name. I feel duped and wonder if others that ordered from here have also been duped leaving my aunt with only green plants at her service. Oh by the way that photo! Of the nice flowers is still on the website making blooms today look like they sent them!

I had a terrible first experience with Blooms Today. I ordered flowers on Feb. 11,2022 to celebrate a new baby with delivery scheduled for Feb 13th. Despite submitting the correct address, sending an email confirming the order the day before, and a placing a phone call to Blooms Today on the day of delivery, the flowers were sent to a wrong address in another town (confirmed by the recipient with a photo of the card texted to the intended recipient). After contacting Blooms Today on Feb 13th about the incident, they responded by email that no flowers could be sent until Feb 16th. Too little, too late. Their customer service refused to make any attempts to rectify the situation other than offer a refund and cancel the order. I will NEVER use this company in the future, and will NEVER recommend it to another customer. I have no photos to show of flowers that were never delivered to the proper address!

Scam! Bloom Rewards

The company has a deceptive practice of enrolling you into their $9.95 a month auto-deduct program. If you take any discounts they charge you $9.95 a month until you cancel. They say they send you an email and if you did not get it it may have gone to your spam because it is sales, this is from the lady who confirmed I had canceled because I did not trust them. Never use this company as they have had 100's if not more complaints! Lesson learned to check the reviews of company's like this before using their rip-off service. Ordered a very expensive arrangement for my niece's #40 Birthday Party. Never delivered and the only compensation was an offer to take off the delivery charges!
They wouldn't tell me who the florist was in Wilmington, NC who was responsible for making this arrangement and delivering it in a timely fashion.
Too BAD so SAD... NEVER will use this company again!
