Stay away from this flower shop i paid alot of money for flowers that were delivered but not what i ordered. They were flowers i could have bought at shoprite
CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT USE BLOOMS TODAY! I purchased a Holiday Centerpiece, on 12/14 scheduled for delivery on 12/17, order was confirmed and delivery was confirmed. CENTERPIECE NOT RECEIVED. Called and emailed, Customer Service said they would refund and send another one express. Credit card charged again and then I received a phone call telling me they have no vendor to send centerpiece to recipient. If I didn't check on original delivery, credit card was already charged, they would have never contacted me in the first place that they didn't have a vendor to fulfill the order, not once but twice.
A RIP OFF... Your card is charged at the time you place the order and they have your money but you have no flowers. In this instance they had enough time to contact me and let me know they could not deliver!

So very, very disappointed - and angry - with this company. I placed an order on Monday, May 6th (not yesterday, or today - but almost a WEEK ago) for a Mother's Day delivery in Hawaii. Blooms took my order, took my money and CONFIRMED it. Then today - Mother's Day, a SUNDAY, I get an email cancellation, and a voice mail that says "sorry, our florists in that area can't accommodate anymore deliveries on Mother's Day. We'll cancel your order and refund your money - within 5-7 business days. You can place a new order if you want it delivered MONDAY." Which is so NOT Mother's Day. Are you serious? You've had my order, and my money for almost a week, and you wait until this morning - when I have no way to order from another, more reputable vendor - to cancel my order? And then you won't give me my money back for another week? And of course when I call the 800 number in their email cancellation, I get a recorded message and the news that their customer service people will be in on Monday. So no one I can even speak with. And now my Mother, who I can't be with on Mother's Day (since I live in CA), has nothing. And not that I would EVER use this company again, but you don't even have the decency to offer me a massive discount on my next order. Or better yet - to deliver the order I originally placed (again, LAST Monday) tomorrow - and still refund my money since you screwed up SO badly. Yep - getting more angry as I write this. I will never use this company again.
The only thing that matched was ivy, a pink bow for a man's funeral. No resolution. Disappointed 100%

I purchased a centerpiece for my sister thru Groupon. The said the centerpiece had been delivered. I checked with my sister & she said she did not receive them. I called them & they said they would deliver them again and after being on hold for over 10minutes they said they couldn't do a centerpiece but could do a Christmas bouquet. I didn't see why they couldn't do a centerpiece when only a day had gone buy. They said a supervisor would call me back in a few minutes. After 30mins I called them back & I was told the order had been canceled. I told them I hadn't canceled it. A bouquet arrived the next day & it didn't look Christmasey at all. Some flowers were droopy & the roses were fully open. Most of the flowers only lasted a couple of days. The final blow came when I saw the card said Safeway floral. I was so embarrassed to see they came from a grocery store. I will never use them again nor recommend them!

Ordered online, found out you have to get roped in to some stupid rewards program in order to get their "advertised" prices. Don't order from here.

As a florist, I can honestly say that this is one of the companies in our business that does not appropriate the funds that their customers give them honestly. This company, like Ava's, Gift Tree, From you flowers, Wesley Berry Teleflora and many others, are what florists call "order gatherers". They charge you for the product, delivery fee, service charge, and additional funds for Sunday or "timed" deliveries. They do NOT pass any of these additional funds to the florists. Sometimes these fees can add up to more than the base cost of the arrangement. Customers complain because of arrangements that are not filled to value. This is because the florists are not given delivery money or special fees for filling the orders. Would you make deliveries and not be given delivery money? I think not. When this happens ( the florist not receiving delivery funds) many will take the $10 or $15 our of the arrangement in product (flowers). When you order online or through an order gatherer, you are throwing away your money. My advise is to go on line, and google the local florist in the town that you want flowers delivered to. Call them and pay with your credit card or cash for better product and service. We like to build a relationship with our customer, and going through a 2nd or 3rd party seriously limits communication and quality when you send flowers or gift baskets to your loved one. I might also add... order gatherers and the wire services they use to transmit your order take up to 27% of the low amount that they send to the florist. Example: you pay $130 for a $100 arrangement, They send the florist $100 if we are lucky. They then take their percentage from the florist for being on a transmit system. You spent $130, florist that designed and delivers only get around $75. CALL YOUR FLORIST DIRECT!

Flowers ordered for my sisters birthday were never delivered and they reached out at 7:30PM at night to tell me that. WHO DELIVERS FLOWERS AT 7:30PM AT NIGHT. It's not a funeral!
BloomsToday failed to deliver flowers for a funeral. No phone call or email until after the funeral.
