I ordered a certain sympathy bouquet in a certain vase. It came from the florist in a cheap vase and not at all like the picture but did use about 50% of the right flowers and was delivered on time.
I showed customer service the photo of what was ordered vs what was delivered. They will do nothing but tell you how they hope your 'emotions' were satisfied with the delivery.
Nonsense. Give me a refund, the florist let them down and they condone it.
