They vigorously advertise as american made saying that they are based in texas but then it takes three weeks to ship and they ship out of California. The product seams to be decent but is rather thin to be a quilt and some of the imagery is difficult to make out.

I was hesitant to order from Facebook but took a chance. I purchased the Irish quilt. It took a while to get it but it was well worth the wait. The colour is vibrant and the design is detailed and beautiful. The workmanship is very good. The stitching is tight and intricate. You can't go wrong for an eye catching item. Bought the comforter and pillow shams. Comforter was advertised as a queen but is cut more like for a twin or full. They provide no options for exchange or return for refund. Customer service needs to be WAY BETTER.

I ordered the first comforter and pillow shams in queen size. The order-shipping-receiving process was very slow but they did try to keep you informed. When it arrived I put it on the bed and to my surprise it was too narrow. I checked the size listed and it was very close. Then I checked the description and it said, quilt not comforter. It would not come down far enough on the sides to cover the mattress. I contacted customer support and they advised there was no return policy. They did state that for only a $10.00 shipping fee they would send me a King Size and I could keep the queen. After a few emails back and forth we finally get the shipping fee paid and the king size ordered. It came last week, I put it on the bed immediately and it fit great! A little long, which is very ok, but the width was excellent! Even though the order-shipping-receiving process took too long, imo, I would order again based on their customer support.

Was unsatisfied with the customer service, received a email saying it was shipped it didn't ship til 3 weeks later when I requested a refund.And really got no really customer service person, and they ain't as thick as they appear they are more of a spring, summer bed spread.
