Took alittle bit to receive it but you just have to be patient.( I ordered it in November for Christmas so have to take that into account) So it was worth it cause the colors in it stand out and the softness is incredible! Absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased. I will definitely be placing another order for another stunning blanket!

This is the worse thing I have ever seen, its nothing like the pictures show, colors are off, stitching on pillow cases are way off and I posted picture of it on fb and all my friends said send it back, some say it looks scary instead of beautiful like the pictures depicted. Horrible, I mean it's horrible and Block of Gear you should be ashamed of yourselfs for this false advertising. I will put in a complaint with the Better Business bureau, you can count on that. It looks fleece but it is not, some kind of shinny material and mostly pink not purple. All I can say it yuck, you guys are awful. Plus I can't post all the photos and I took them all at the same time and its rejecting them, you guys suck

I ordered a quilt set for $96 on Nov 28th. It was supposed to be a Xmas gift but didn't arrive until mid January. They did have good communication throughout but was disappointed that it took so long. If you don't mind a long wait it was a nice item.

We were quite pleased with the quilt. It appears to be well made and my wife was thrilled with it. However, the shipping was horrible. I ordered the quilt in November and received an email telling me it had shipped on Nov. 28. It showed up today, Jan. 6. According to the address label, the shipment originated in China. No wonder it took so long! Mentioning the item would be shipped from China in the item description would have been a nice courtesy to a perspective buyer!

I ordered a quilt from this company. Still waiting, I sent an email asking for a cancelation, I was sent an email back saying they could not even find an invoice for me. Told me to look on the email they sent me saying when my product would arrive to give them the item i.d. number. I never received it or a i, d. Number. I am still waiting for an answer from them. I paid with paypal, and put in a dispute against them. I also see the better business bureau has several complaints against this company. I will not do business with them again. I also would suggest no one do business with this company.

Ordered/paid 11-26-20 just received today 1-5-21. For king size $91.10, it is very thin & not as bright/colorful as picture showed. The picture was brilliant hence why I liked it. It actually looks like a queen size next to my other queen size comforter. Price too high for this queen size that should have been a king size. Color is dark purple fading into the background so you barely see the pattern. In the original picture the pattern stood out beautifully bright purple. I am Not impressed.

I try to buy American products. I researched and thought the company was based in Texas. They may be based there but a the product was made over seas. China is my guess. That is why it takes so long to receive the product. A tracking number was finally provided after multiple emails. They take your money and you have to wait weeks. Mine took six weeks to arrive. The colors of the bed spread were not as vibrant as expected.

I received the wrong blanket, I have been jn contact with someone from Block of Gear. I still haven't received my correct blanket or gotten a refund as of yet. Block of Gear did not send me a return invoice so I can return the blanket that they did send me. It has been two weeks. Will never order from them again.

Purchased a beautiful Christmas quilt. However when received, almost a month after ordered, it looked NOTHING like website photo. Asked for refund and return shipping, was told to open and spread out which is against return/refund policy, like colors would change just because package was opened and unfolded. Since I would not comply, company has refused to respond to any email, issue a refund or provide return shipping labels or authorization. I will never buy anything from this website again. False advertising and takes no responsibility plus customer service does not exist.
UPDATE: After several emails and company then saying they would take responsibility for opening of package, sent pics of quilt received. As it did not look like the one online, they finally issued a full credit.
