Still don't have an item that I ordered on February 6. Is now March 12 and there's no customer service or anyone to help me. Do not order from them this is ridiculous. Just told me order got lost and they will send another. Told them to cancel and reimburse me. This has to be a scam.

For some reason I thought this was a quilt when I ordered it, but it is a soft, colorful blanket with beautiful patterns and spiritual artwork, including the chakras, hand of Fatima, tree of life... I love it! Looks just like it does in the pictures

Horrible customer service. Ordered item in January paid extra for 7 to 15 day shipping. Didn't receive item until I filed a claim with my credit card. Got item in March! Site makes you think they are in Texas. They are NOT. They are in China. They told me I received my order in February, that was when I filed a claim with my credit card company. The finally sent it in March. Never will I order from them again.

Customer service is horrible. This company has no number to call them directly. I never received the blanket I ordered I emailed the company and all they can tell me is the tracking says it was delivered so basically I'm out of ninety dollars. Company wouldn't refund my money or send me another blanket

The quilt is low quality and doesn't look like their photo of the product. Also took over a month to receive it. Don't use this company.

This February Girl throw blanket has a beautiful design. I bought this for my granddaughter who just turned 1 year old end of February. It will keep her warm as she watches musical movie with her mother on those chilly nights in Arizona where they live.

I bought the purple "To my Daughter, I will always be there… for my daughter, she'd told me,"ma, don't get me anything else cause my place is full", well, you can't tell this mother what to do with my money and it was the last of her birthday gifts. Anyway, SHE-LOVED IT! She's been taking it around showing it off! Although it took awhile to arrive, I was happy, that she is thrilled about having her 1st quilt.

Once shipped it is out of their hands and into the shippers. Well, after being told by Block of Gear that either my lost but marked delivered package was at a drop-off or a neighbor's, etc. of which I told them that both were impossible on my rural farm with a long driveway that was impassible due to a week's worth of snow. So after looking all around the house I went down the drive and found nothing the next day I did the same as well as the day after. The snow began to melt each day and finally, the package was uncovered. It had been ripped open and the inside bag was also ripped open exposing the quilt to the elements for days. I washed it, dried it, and put it away in the closet so yes it arrived.

I ordered a blanket on 1/15/2021 and as of today, 3/12/21, have still yet to get the item. There's no customer service number to actually talk to someone. The only communication is by email only. The emails are pretty generic and aren't very informative. Have asked for another blanket or refund, but still haven't gotten either.

I have the highest praise for Block of Gear! I am so pleased with the quality of my grandson's construction You Are My Sunshine blanket. The customer service is exceptional! Swift response and over the top service. The grandson has a twin sister. I wanted a You Are My Sunshine blanket for her third birthday, too. We have sang this song to each of them since birth. However, I could not find a blanket that matches her personality on the website. I contacted customer service and in a flash they emailed me several possibilities. Yes, they suggested the perfect You are my Sunshine dinasour blanket for his twin sister! So excited to decorate each of their rooms based upon the blankets!
