Trash service

I purchased a game at 6:30 am spent 2 hours trying to port forward before finally getting it to work, asked to refund the game, and they told me i had to much playtime, i had played 2 games of zombies, and around 6 matches of multiplayer (barely enough to actually test the game.) This is the worst, refund policy i have ever seen. I would never recommend buying games on here if you don't already know if you'd like it. You won't get a refund if it's trash, also never got an actual person to speak to me, just a bunch of auto-typed scripts.

They suspended my account under false accusations refuse to show the proof and are not willing to refund me my 30 days game time that hasnt even started yet, they are saying it has to do with a different account, well if that is the case why punish someone who doesn't have anything to do with it?

These guys a the biggest scam, I brought Call Of Duty, a year later, they ban my account for no reason what so ever.
There reply as full of BS.
I wouldn't recommend these guys. Scanners from zero to 100.

No refund,
Wasted my money.
Shop with steam or epic. Blizzard is a joke

I have been playing Blizzard games for over a decade now, and have recently been giving a week suspension which I don't even seem to be allowed to contest, let alone have any hope of getting repealed.

Blizzard simply don't give a flying rat's backside about their customers ever since they were taken over by the lizardpeople at Activision. Do not buy their products. Do not play their games. Boycott this company at every given opportunity.

My kid bought a video game that we don't even have the right computer to play, I found out about it a week or two later expecting them to understand that since the game had never been downloaded, that it was purchased by mistake. I was basically told, tough.

Whole web ticket system is a joke. They will follow their own way and never compromise in any case.

If you going to just follow your own rules and not care about the customers at all, why the hell would you add a system for surveys, making appeals, make suggestions etc?

My experience is basically this:
Oh you would like to make a suggestion? Well sorry we have to follow our rules so even if this messed your account up we will not change it at all. You asking why? Well we aren't telling you and if you question it we will ban you permanently.

Blizzard, Delete your systems. Just post your 'Web Ticket Template' online so players can check that instead.

With all the problems they are having I've lost a ton of money and time in playing D2R. $#*!ty service and even worse humans. No wonder you can't talk to anyone at the company it's way to easy to hide from there $#*!ty service.

Ban system

I think everyone who is responsible for their NEW ban-system are completely $#*!ed. There are no signs of braincapacity left in blizzard and their customer service. There is nothing good to mention, I hope you burn in hell and rotten there. I will move to private servers as they are more normal in the head whoever is responsible. I just got banned for being harassed and stating that it's not ok to harass people. This was the end for me blizzard. Bye.

I had ordered an item that unfortunately arrived damaged. It happens. Cristin was very helpful in getting me a replacement. Unfortunately that item also had to be returned. My refund was issued quickly. Disappointed I could not get the item I wanted but service was amazing. Will order again in the future.

Tried to register with Blizzard but the system says my phone number is invalid and so is the phone number of my wife. Turns out that our numbers are market in the Blizzard system as "prepaid" numbers. Clearly they are not. The Customer Service solutions is telling me I need to get a proper contract phone number. No other option is available.

People should get their games outside Blizzard because you might get your account hacked and they give you 0 support. Sometime they help you to get back the account, yes, but you get back a banned account. Useless.

Mostly Milking Machine

Easter egg for the Russian-speaking community in the title of the review. An absolutely stupid approach to games, the last few years have been just a milking machine parasitizing on good old franchises and memories of good quality parts, from which, unfortunately, literally only memories remain. Selling dlc, which has cards from the old version of the game that was simply transferred to a new engine (oops, not new, the one that was in the last version, just "new") at a price of 70 euros is easy. To $#*! yourself when trying to reissue iconic games on new rails is a check. To try to do something wrong as it was in previous versions of the game series (Diablo 4) and $#*! yourself is a check. Ah, the horse skin in the game for 60 bucks costs another 65 bucks, absurd. Overwatch 2 "we will make this game different from the first overwatch and we will focus on the company and its missions" half a year has passed since the release on which none of this happened "alas, we do not have the opportunity to implement these things, we abandon such a concept" - in total, we released the same game twice. In general, the once iconic studio, which was watched by a bunch of people, is now just a software company

Blizzard entertainment used to make good quality fun playable games. But now they make trash that's nothing more than a giant cash grab, you're lucky if the game works properly as every time they patch something they break something else, they punish the players for leaving games with people who are afk or when their system fails to replace missing players. All i have to say is save your money go buy an actual triple A title from a real developer. And if you need support at all be prepared to receive nothing but automated responses and absolutely no help. I uninstalled all my Blizzard products cause this company is utter trash and not worth my time anymore hopefully they all get fired by Microsoft and replaced by ai.

Blizzard some how made overwatch 1 a terrible game and it's unrewarding. They claim it's a sequel but all it is, is the same game just with overpowered characters, a terrible new game mode and way too many glitches to count including getting kicked out of the server right when the game starts and getting suspended from playing because you "left."

Report system does not work, and if it works, it's flawed because it bans you automatically if you get too many reports (can be bogus reports). Won't let you join a match after you disconnect for 30 seconds, instead of giving you a 2min window to join, it will suspend you for certain amount of time and this match will be treated as a loss. Games are full cheaters who are not getting punished. Games which are released get servers not adjusted and ready for the players, first days of playing are horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this company and its games at all costs, and god forbid: do not spend any money with them, because if you do, you will normalize treating us players as a walking ATM machines

Terrible Customer service

I wish i could give less than 1 star.
My account got hacked 1 week ago. There customer service is HORRIBLE.
There is no phone number, and everytime i try and explain my problem they just tell me the ticket has been resolved and reset my email and password.
I have contacted them for a week straight with the most respect i can possibly manage. The whole system makes no sense. When you open a ticket once it is marked as resolved. If you re-open it. It send you to a different person, who has no idea whats going on, so you have to re type it, and the second they respond they immediately report it finished instead of waiting for it to be ACTUALLY RESOLVED.

I've loved Blizzard games for a while now, but currently they require 2 factor athentication with a "valid" phone number. Apparently the number I've had for 5 years isn't valid. So now games I've paid for are locked out and I have no access to them. No one should purchase games from them, its a waste of money.

I went to log onto burning crusade classic andf I was forced to pay for the upgrade to play it. Later I learned that it should of been free to play, I reached out to blizzard to explain what happened and to ask for a refund. 2 weeks later I am still fighting them to get somethinmg back either refund or some in game stuff to compensate. They are not willing to give me anything at all. Makes me want to ask for a refund for the next expansion and stop playing wow.
