There is no way to contact any form of human for support. They only have a horrible AI website and NOTHING is helpful in any way.
Die in game and not able to release so you can continue? "Having issues with D2: R?" - The game played was WoW so not even that can they get right.
Do NOT give these drooling slugs any money or time. They will piss on both and your face.

Web Ticket system only gets you copy-paste responses, never any human touch there. Just for kicks, submitted three different tickets on a somewhat similar subject from three different accounts, got the exact same response, even though the question I asked was completely different from each account (the main body text same, the end question different).

First regarding WoW:Playing pvp is so lagging. Like Wintergrasp... can't really do anything. You've had like 15 years to improve this, but still it's garbage.

Customer service... first you have to guide yourself through 15 menys, that can't help you... and then it takes like ages to get a response.

Also Hearthstone... lots of disconnecting... then you can't log back to the game you were already playing...

And don't get me started on Diablo IV, wich is utter unplayable, due to disconnects. Again customer service doesn't do anyone any good... So i've decided not to spend any more money on any blizzard games/seasons and whatever they try to do to get you to spend money insted of improving their games.

Tons of maps that no one likes that always get with no option to exclude them. No way to permanently mute the jerks who spout racial slurs, the block goes away after the game ends. The blocking of spam music over voice doesn't 100% work as the sound leaks in as if the condition to test if they are blocked happens after the transmit, not before.

Had an issue with some damage on my initial order. Was sent a new one which had a print defect. Andrew provided me with excellent customer service and ensured that the next one would be perfect. It was!

Diablo, WoW, and starcraft oh my - They have created some of the best games of all time... nobody has been able to touch them in the RTS genre. It is predicted that Blizzard will eventually take over hollywood studios as the gaming market grows.

Need say no more... we canceled and still got charged month after month. Had to dispute with credit card company, we will see if Blizzard refunds the charges. I will let everyone know in my next post. This is very frustrating.

Garbage servers, contact fortnite creators to get something above kindergarten level. You should consider hiring a professional when releasing a game title. Especially from a company that has been around for more than 1 decade.

Received smartass remark from worker there and they admitted that they make it hard for anyone locked out of their account deliberately so they cannot contact them, and they dont care about your frustration, need more info just ask me to show proof of the email sent to us. Unprofessional pen pusher on the other side, very rude, kept sending same message asking for info, we supplied all info, even know answer to secret question, the next file i will be sending wont be as pleasant as the last one, give them an eye full, the idiots

What a terrible site to navigate. No customer service, had not accessed my account for a long time, so could not sign in with authenticater as that mobile phone is no longer active. Trying to get through to these nuts and all i get is the generic email back of uploading my id. I have done this a couple of times now. I want to speak to someone, but cant seem to get to speak to anyone, what an unprofessional bunch of people. No more business from me thats for sure.

I don't play videogames, have never heard of Blizzard Entertainment, and have never been to their website, yet they stole my credit card information from somewhere and charged $30.78 on it. There is no way to contact them; they just sent an abrupt email saying to take the issue up with my bank. These guys are flat out thieves!

Awful customer service
December 20, 2019

Bought COD Modern Warfare, but it kept crashing on my computer. Spent hours trying to fix it and gave the developers a few weeks to try and sort it with updates since it was a new release and this problem was widespread. After many updates it still wasn't fixed, and looks like it never will be - I gave up and asked for a refund. Blizzard refused because it had been too long and there was playtime on my account (basically no actual gametime as it crashed every time). They even acknowledged that it's the wrong decision but stuck stubbornly to their policy lines.

I recommend not dealing with them, but unfortunately they're the gatekeeper to some good games. So if you must buy from them, protect yourself and buy with Paypal so you can raise a dispute through Paypal when Blizzard chin you off. Learn from my mistake.

Blizzard used to be made up of nerds that like fantasy and video games. Now all that is left is some fat rich guy that likes to give himself a million dollar raise and pay his employees in virtual mounts. Like how the $#*! are the employees supposed to pay rent with a mount? They care more about censoring free speech if it's anti-china than they do making their game better. Wow classic is alright I guess

I bought a game as a Christmas present... relatively expensive and we couldn't install / activate the game due to compatibility problems with the PC. Written to customer service and explained the problem, admitted my mistake and didn't even ask for my money back, just asked for an alternative solution, so that we at least benefit from having spent our money.
Apart from a link to the expired 14-day withdrawal period, I have not received anything. Anyone who seems to maintain their customer relationship with the rules of law instead of the right solutions would not last long. I advise against using the platform.

Worst customer service
September 8, 2020

"Your account is unable to post or reply until 1 Jan 3000 11:00". This is how they treat their customers.
They think they are funny by saying you are banned till the year 3000 from their forums. The old devs were great in classic and BC, as soon as the new guys took over, the game went downhill lost millions/billions of subscribers. They had to reuse the old devs content, then they mock their paying customers. Its like a spoilt kid inherited their dads hard earned company and ruined it with their inexperience

Blizzard shop sucks

Ordered from the blizzard shop (first time)because of the new metallic funko exclusives. They pop designs look great but the shipping department is terrible. They literally put ZERO tissue or popcorn or bubble wrap, didn't put them in sorters. They sent three funko pops in a 17" x 12" x 7" sized box! The worst shipping jobs I've ever received before. I would rate them a zero.

They also send you crap deals like ten time a day. Super annoying.

Blizzard has absolutely no customer service what so ever, The best you get is a chat box, yo are not allowed to talk to anyone unless they decide to call you back on their time schedule so you may be there you may not and this is even during Blizzard business hours in this country!. Blizzard adsolutely does not car about customers at all, they sure dont care about suggestions, they have programming problems that exists years ago. I'll play out my time here but after all the time I spend here I am gone, this is just garbage now. To bad because it it has potential but they just dont care.

I had a crashing error that started immediately after an update they put out. The issue gave me a report id number to reference when submitting my report. The process to submit a report is far too many steps that run you through surface level suggestions. In my 3 years of playing their games none of those suggestions have ever done anything to alleviate the issue. Submitting a ticket you need to run several diagnostics and in my experience I've had to download (and learn how to use) 3rd party diagnostic software just to generate the files that are REQUIRED in order to submit a ticket. So after you get through the layers of useless steps and constant pleadings to "post about your issue on the support forum" (which I've done before with more unhelpful results than not).

Blizzard, as a medically retired vet a who's money you have stolen over the past decade in return to only let the in game comps make it nearly impossible to get any progression. I DO NOT SALUTE YOU.
Continuing to make retail WoW go down the crapper. What a waste really, should feel pretty small on that dev team. What do you guys honestly give back positively to the gaming industry?... Noting but sodomy... You guys have made the game a no fly zone for new people wanting to try it out. But again, you guys aim to disappoint. Gfy's

I had not logged into my battle.net account in 6 years. In that time I had swapped phones thus loosing my authenticator and the email I had used was hacked by a spammer and deemed locked forever by Microsoft. In less than 24 hours support was able to utilize other forms of my ID and got me back up an running in time to try the Diablo II Beta weekend. So impressed.

Years ago they had also helped me recover my items in WoW after a person got into my account. I have always been impressed with their responsiveness and ability to calm a worried gamer.
