Blizzard makes groundbreaking games that changes the public view on what a game should be. Or atleast they did. Recent years blizzard has become a soulless corporation and you can see that in many aspects of all their games, where used to be passion and quality instead lie's profitability and making a quick buck. It's a shame to see what they do to their original content. World of Warcraft specifically used to be a home away from home after school or work, now its a mere shell of what once was. Using hype and fad's to push it forward Blizzard and World of Warcraft are not the same. Funny enough you can see the corporate mentality in almost all aspects, even when creating a support ticket to address an issue, Blizzard threatened to delete my account unless I accepted the issue as resolved.

Rubbish refund policies

Rubbish refund policies that do not correlate with consumer protection laws. It should be illegal to publish & adhere to policies that clearly defy your local laws, but they do. BUYER BEWARE -- be 100% certain of your purchase and use a credit card so you can dispute the charge in the event you need a refund.

I did not play a game for a long time and they ban me without letting me know even why I got that ban, they did not even send that stupid email they are telling about in their bull$#*! "code of conduct" never buying from this $#*!ed company again.

I pre ordered Modern Warfare 2 to test out the campaign, the launcher won't even play the game. When I requested a refund, they told me I had too much play time, I can't have too much play time if I can't even play the game. I am very disappointed in Blizzard

Worst company ever

The only thing they want from you is your money. They don't care about games or the security of the accounts. They have the worst customer's support I've ever seen! They won't help you in any way if you lose your account.

SUPPORT... PLEASE

Love Bizzard games. Support is sucking so bad. I installed Destiny 2 as a freebie but the game won't let me accept the software agreement. I was ok with that cause I wanted to try it for free. Then I spent... I think $120 on downloading Call of Duty. I can't find a match. Tried calling Blizzard support. They have "restructured" their support system. That means you can't talk to someone for help. They advised I go to Battle.net for help, but didn't help there.

BLIZZARD! I need your help and have no idea how to get it! WTF?

The people at Blizzard are the worst kind of people, they use zero common sense, and let a few people with an agenda make the decisions. They let people use the filthiest language, and heaven forbid you complain about it, then you get silenced for 3 months!

Don't waste your time or your money. The dev team killed the game with its last patch.
Honestly, the support for this game sucks $#*!. They change the game without even considering what the player base needs. The dev team is too unstable in the direction of the game.

Worst customer service.

Had a ticket open and got "flagged" for re-asking to open it again. Replies to the open ticket took far to long only for a cut and past answer guiding me to existing questions that had nothing to do with my issue.

The customer service is out of this world bad, i mean customer service in every game are always very nice even if u are mad, they force u to be nice with them with how helpful they are and how much they care
The customer service here just deals with copy paste long tickets and no help what so ever
They just dont give a $#*! really, it didnt used to be like this i dont know who they contracted with, but its just too bad to be ignored and making my rounds now trying to tell me experience i find that the vast majority of the players are having the same issue with the customer support how can this be ignored any further bya company as big as blizzard.
For me this is it with blizzard am never buying another game from them.

Completely changed a release making it unplayable but refused to refund it after all the explanations and justifications on what they did. Funny enough they recognized the frustration and the harm they did.

This company creates the most amazing games! I can't say enough thanks for Hearthstone and World of Warcraft, they are my most favorite games in the world. I love their graphics and the story line. It brings me so much joy. Thanks Blizzard!

So I decided to download WOW for the first time because I heard it was great for macOS. It was advertised as such. I paid for a subscription only to find out the game isn't updated to be compatible. I proceeded to request a refund only to get a passive-aggressive response about how they don't do that but will allow me an exception. I'm just frustrated that it was advertised as something that it wasn't and that it was then inconvenient for them to give me my money back. If I could rate lower, I would.

-100/10 stars. Company is morally and creatively bankrupt. Lighting your money on fire is a better use for it than handing it to this company. Long gone are the days were they actually cared about their customers and would strive to make great games, now all they do is nostalgia bait you with their remakes while adding as much predatory monetization as possible just to squeeze a few more bucks out of their fans. Not to mention the company is actually run by a bunch of sociopaths and criminals. Stay far away.

I have an issue with updating my authenticator and sent them a ticket. The problem with their system is that you have to be logged into the account to respond to the ticket. How the hell am I supposed to respond to the ticket if the problem is literally me trying to log into my account? On top of this, they do not have a live chat or phone support. I have sent multiple emails trying to get access back to my account but to no avail. This is a horrible way to treat your customers.

Trash business

Accepting customer's money for promised services, only to suspend those services without justifiable cause. If Customers do not breach terms of service or code of conduct, it is bad faith business to suspend an account that is PAYING FOR SERVICES. Horrible consumer loyalty. No wonder why blizzard can't maintain a player pool for any of it's games. Great games, but trash service and consumer loyalty/appreciation.

Very bad, unhelpful. I wanted to use my withdrawal right but they didn't accept my request but they said that warzone and modern warfare is the same game Which isn't really true because warzone is free to play while modern warfare isn't free
