I ordered some wireless headphones and never received them. First this company didn't put my lot number on it so UPS couldn't deliver it. When I told them they told me to contact Ups for their mistake. Second Ups delivered it in PA for some odd reason when I live in Florida!? When I told Blinq, they told me to log on to my account at ups to start a claim. I don't Have an account with ups! Now I can't get any type of response from them. I just ended up having to dispute the change on my credit card and I still don't have what I ordered! See something you want? Do yourself a favor and order it elsewhere! I will keep away from this company from now on!

I had never heard of BLINQ. With the death of Windows 7 I found myself in need of a new laptop. I did extensive research and settled on a HP laptop. The model I wanted ran in the 600 to 700 range. Amazingly a purchase suggestion showed up on Google for the exact model I was looking for for and incredible 200 less than the lowest price I had found. I thought, there's got to be a catch. I read the BLINQ guarantee, I searched for reviews on line and I found nothing but positive feedback so I decided to go with BLINQ in spite of my reservations. The ordering process was easy and straight forward, the laptop was delivered in 4 days with free shipping, brand new in the original box. BLINQ is now my default go to site for online shopping.

Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
