They told me I ordered the wrong blinds and that was what I am stuck with. I wanted blinds that were top down and/or bottom up and so I got stuck w regular old blinds. I know what I wanted and maybe the error is mine. But, I have no experience ordering blinds. Anyway, I am stuck w same old blinds when I wanted something different. They should probably have handymen in the area that you could call to measure your order and make sure you are getting the right stuff. Paying a little extra just to get the correct order in would have been okay w me. Good price, BUT a big disappointment as far as I was concerned. Customer service? Like I said, FORGET IT!

I feel stingy if I don't rate them less than 5 stars... I got exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner. You definitely get your money's worth, and some.
I followed the instructions and measured my windows. I did have some reservation about how they would come out and fit, but to my surprise and delight the blinds fit perfectly. The color and quality was spot on and the faux wood had me doing a double check to make sure they didn't make a mistake and send me real wood.
All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality blinds at an excellent price.

We looked at a local blinds/shutter store and they wanted twice as much for the same type of roller shade I found here at Blindster! Our window is a lot larger than a typical window so it needed to be custom. It showed up in two weeks, as promised, the installation was a snap -and looks great! We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Like most companies they over promise and under deliver. My order was suppose to be made in 5-7 days as promised on the website. Two weeks later I had to call and see where it was. This was not a small order, over $2000. 00. Customer service promised I would here from them on Monday, after waiting most of the day, I finally called them only to be told the fabric I selected was out of stock and they just received it on Friday. It took two weeks for someone too realized they didn't have the fabric. If they had told me that when I placed the order, I would have selected another company. I feel they lied to me. Now they are promising 2 day shipping to make up for the delay. If this doesn't happen. They can eat them as I will refuse the order.

Customer service & satisfaction are the backbone of our company. However it's sounds like we really dropped the ball on your order. What a great company! Their prices for cordless shades were much cheaper than any other source we could find. Especially for shades that were customer size. We ahd some concerns because they were lower priced. Our concerns weren't warranted. The shades came several days before we expected them and they were perfect: exactly the right size and beautifully made. We couldn't be more pleased.
Most blind stores do not sell blackout blinds that truly black out the light. I have tried plantain shutters and even those did not work. I only tried blindster because their blackout blinds were fairly cheap to create custom and to my amazement they actually worked to black out the sunlight so I can sleep in as I work the night shift. Good company and quality blinds.
I ordered the premium wood blinds in nutmeg. The color was perfect and the size was a perfect fit. It arrived without any scrapes or damage. I will be ordering from them again.
