The whole process was simple and quick... Samples arrived in a few days and were a nice size. Quality was as expected.
My only issue (self inflicted) was that I should have ordered the blind to unroll over the top instead of the usual way. They still work fine but would have been better that way. Carefully look over ALL your options before ordering.

I was a little unsure at first when I considered ordering blinds online. From the very first contact with Blindster, I was amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. We ordered our pleated shades but put the order on hold until we received color samples. When Blindster discovered that we had ordered double-cell and not single-cell, they took the initiative and sent new double-cell samples to insure that we had what we needed to make an intelligent choice. The shades arrived in about a week and they were extremely easy to install.
We have had pleated shaded from other big-box stores in the past in other homes, and these from Blindster are by far the best quality I have seen. I will never buy blinds or shades from any other supplier. They are the best and their customer service is also to be commended.
I have place multiple orders with Blindster.com. They have been for mini blinds (corded, cordless, and privacy). I like the quality and the color.

Our first order was a bit messed up because the blind we chose was discontinued and we weren't told until after hearing nothing from Blindster, I called them. We chose another and the order was filled promptly and we're very satisfied with the product.
