I have been buying knives from BLADE HQ for many years. Every time the price, quality, and customer service are excellent. I have had a few glitches with delivery service, my last a package that had been torn open. Fortunately the knife was there and unharmed. When I sent in feedback Ms Dallas handled by issue professionally, respectfully, and expediently, as usual. Thank you BladeHQ, for always keeping customers as your priority. 🙏
I was trying to order a gift for Christmas. I was a little behind and ordering. Then I wasn't sure if I actually ordered the item. So I ended up calling and got the nicest help. I explained that I wasn't sure if I had ordered correctly. She did find my requested item, and just did the order over the phone. Then I got an email showing that everything was in order. But with my original attempt I got an email and they wanted to make sure that my order was correct and assured me that it was being processed.
So all I can say is WOW... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The gift will be a day after Christmas, but I'm still very satisfied with the follow up.

WOW! ABSOLUTELY WOW!
You folks really exceeded expectations! They are better than I had hoped. Everything just blends beautifully and the engraving is fantastic. Perfectly positioned and so striking with the Army script! The Ultem Top is really nice, great color and cool to see how it works.

The knife that I ordered on Saturday the 15th was ready to go. FedEx picked it up at the warehouse in Marion Virginia on Monday morning. They went to Christiansburg Virginia and stay there until Thursday and I'm only 8 miles away. It kept saying it was on the truck on the truck. Jen helped out a whole lot.
