(Customer Service Representative) - useless communication, not paying attention to details (asked for credentials already provided in my very first email), not interested in solving the issue. Still can't reach the website, missed black friday/cyber monday deals because of bhq's stupid system that banned me on checkout. Will spend my money somewhere else.

I contacted BladeHQ shortly after placing my order to inquire about the possibility of exchanging a knife with one from a different order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until two days later, by which time my order had already been shipped. Regrettably, no resolutions, such as an exchange, were offered. While I have had excellent experiences with BladeHQ in the past, I found this particular situation to be quite disappointing.

I was having issues with their system not recognizing our tax exempt status and needed to contact their customer service rep multiple times. Every time I emailed her she responded within an hour or less, was able to immediately refund overpayment, and went above and beyond by providing additional help/advice that I had not solicited. Good customer service like this is very hard to find nowdays, so I highly recommend using BladeHQ.

Recieved an order and one of the items was found to be missing an "extra accessory". Hannah Y. Replied back swiftly. She was able to verify the missing item with no problems. She gave me several options to resolve the issue, all great options. Hannah was able to issue me a credit for the value of the missing item. The missing item is available independently and is only an extra accessory so was able to still get that coming (as well as some extra goodies😉). Highly satisfied with my experience with Hannah Y. Ordered a package of 3 otf knives on 11/28/24, have not received them, Jen is as very polite, courteous and helpful. It seems the order has been lost in the mail, there are no packages in my local post office for me. Will have to re order Dec 10th
