While placing an order with BladeHQ I accidentally gave them a bad email address. Hannah was quickly able to fix that for me so that I would know when my items had shipped and provide me with a tracking number. Hannah and BladeHQ are awesome!
In the span of this year on BladeHQ I had ordered a few knives whose cumulative values would've qualified me for the Titatnium Tier in the Blade Club. Once I realized this I had checked to see if I was in fact upgraded to the Ti tier but that had not occured. I sent in a support email and Hannah responded to my ticket. She identified the problem quickly and resolved the issue within the span of a day. She was very friendly and understanding, I appreciated her help very much. I'm very satisfied with the level of customer service I always receive with Blade HQ.
I had purchased a Microtech Ultratech last week. There were some issues with the product. No fault of BladeHQ. However they made it right without hesitation. Customer for life. Thank you Jen N.!

I was trying to use my reward points but didn't see on the invoice that they had been applied. Jen showed me the price breakdown and explained it with perfect clarity. The moral of the story is I should have checked my bank account to see the total for the transaction.

The WE Cubit and Banter I received were flawless. Sharp out of the box and looking pretty cool. They were well worth the money. I look forward to ordering more from Blade HQ. In fact, I will be looking at my next purchases today. I'm always a little anxious when I try a new company. I ordered a couple of knives for myself on black Friday and accidentally sent them to my old address. I contacted the support team and Jen got back to me quickly and helped change the shipping address to get my package where it needed to be.
