My recent customer service experience with BladeHQ was smooth and professional. I reached out regarding a lost package that had been stuck in transit for several days. Their response was prompt, and they immediately offered me a choice between a reshipment or a refund, which I appreciated. When I inquired about using an alternative shipping carrier, they politely explained that they couldn't guarantee the carrier selection. While that wasn't ideal, they remained courteous and clear in their communication. Since reshipping with a different carrier wasn't an option, I opted for a refund, which they processed efficiently. Overall, the support team was responsive, polite, and solution-oriented, making the situation easier to deal with.
Received A faulty knife. Was prompt in getting back to me and was understanding of the situation. Offered me a gift card as credit so I can buy a different one.

I've ordered multiple knives from this vendor in the past and have always gotten prompt delivery and responses. They are great to their customers. I just had the first and ONLY issue with an order that the postal service lost ( so NOT BladeHQ's fault) and the customer service representative Jen N. Has been extremely helpful and they are doing their best to make it so that I'm not completely out of luck here. I am extremely impressed and when shopping for specific brands and new releases, rest assured I'll be checking with BladeHQ first. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Kim in Customer Service is a trooper. I had an issue that fell outside normal procedures and Kim saw what needed to be done to make it right. She stuck with the issue, escalated it to management, and insured that I, as the customer, got treated appropriately. I run a 120 person contact center and wish I could have 120 people like Kim.
