Item was marked shipped then I got an email saying that the location I requested for to (Personalize" it was a problem which was solved with myself making another suggested choice. Not another word out of BladHQ but USPS tracking told me that it was actually posted several days prior to BladeHK actually mailing it?

I had an issue with a knife that was sent. It was a Quality Control issue, and nothing that BladeHQ did. But I wanted to request an exchange. Unfortunately, I was told that BladeHQ doesn't do exchanges, only refunds. So I had to submit a refund, which kind of sucked, and was inconvenient. I would have preferred just exchanging because I liked the knife.

I wrote Blade HQ both on FB and by email asking about shipping fees. I received a favorable response on each platform. At the same time, I wrote a competitor asking for a similar offer but was disappointed with no response on FB and a slow, unfavorable reply by email. Blade HQ has demonstrated that their customer interactions are far superior, and for that have gained my loyalty. On top of that, every time I've ordered from their site, I've been happy with their service and products. Highly recommend!
