I used customer service line to ask questions about requirements to place an order for an item. Dallas was very helpful and quickly outlined what needed to be done to complete the order.
I was unhappy with the Frank B stiletto I received, wrote Customer Service to voice my concerns and was offered a refund for the purchase price or store credit in that amount by a very friendly person in no time at all.
I chose store credit, was provided a prepaid return label and before the end of the week I had received a gift card code and used it to purchase two Mago OTF stiletto which are already in transit as I type.
I am very happy with the Service I received and had already made another purchase before this issue had been resolved

I needed to send a Hogue automatic knife back for warranty work and because it's automatic I couldn't send it to Hogue myself. I called KC and even though it was bought three years ago Hannah found the bill of sale, explained the warranty return requirements and set everything in motion for me. Give Hannah a raise.

Brooke is a wonderful addition to the customer service team. There was a sale going on and i purchased a midrange knife amd it wiped my knofe fund out and as I scrolled a little more I noticed another knife that was on my list to get. She said that they would honor the sale price for 7 days after the sale. I was freaking out thinkin I missed out.

I was confused on the checkout procedure as it did not show my gift cards being debited from the total charged to my card on file. I left an email message on Saturday thinking that I would not hear back until today (Monday) as the message indicated that normal business hours were Mon-Fri. I was quite surprised and very impressed when I received an email from Kim F explaining that my gift cards were accepted and what was charged to my card. I called Hogue to get an RMA for an automatic knife that was opening very slow. Jen explained the RMA process, which is restrictive due to state, federal, and local laws, as well as no Hogue dealer within an hour and a half drive. Jen suggested that I use a compressor to clean it (not canned air), as well as PrOlix dry lube to lubricate it.
The opens like it was new, without a shipping hastle, and the bonus of being introduced to a really good dry lube.
