Would be 5 stars but ordered the Olight i5T Pluss flashlight in Cool White twice and was sent the Warm White version both times. Have ordered it a third time now, and will see if the right flashlight is sent this time.

Was displeased with the fit and finish of the Buck 110 Slim and requested an exchange. Was informed by Sharon that a straight exchange was not possible via Blade HQ's system, but was offered a refund or store credit, which was acceptable to me. A postal return label, along with instructions, was promptly provided.

When you buy as many knives as I do there's bound to be an occasional hitch in a transaction, and this time it was a layaway payment the BHQ system was trying to process w/ a cxled card #. Hannah, the BHQ rep I communicated with by email, sorted it out on the first contact. From my end, the fix quick and totally painless; Hannah was great to deal with, of course, and once again I was reminded why the great majority of knives in my ever-expanding collection have been, and will continue to be, purchased from BladeHQ.

I made an error during ordering and did not assure an item that was only available with that purchase was in fact added. I was under the impression (my fault for assuming) that it would happen automatically as these things often do, however I would gather that some items are limited and this not automatic. Pre-Ordered a Spyderco Manix 2 LW. No ETA or updates after 3 months. Saw same knife in-stock and available at other vendors, so canceled my preorder (customer service handled cancelation well) and I ordered the knife from another online store.

I love you guys! My past experiences have been great to say the least. I would love to give you a review but there's a big problem! I'm still waiting for my package to arrive! The carrier that you chose is taking way too long and their tracking is not good! It had my shipment sitting in Virginia! For days! According to FedEx Tracking. Not good people!

I ordered two knives but only one arrived. I called customer service and spoke with Wendy. After some research which took some time, Wendy discovered that my second knife had been oversold. Wendy refunded my money and issued me a gift card since it was their mistake. I was upset when my knife hadn't arrived and I hadn't received word why. Wendy was very patient and courteous when working with me. After speaking with her I was very satisfied and will use Blade HQ again. Wendy exhibited excellent customer service and she is the reason I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Somehow, on my last order, I inadvertently put two knives instead of one in my shopping cart. I reached out to Blade HQ customer service, to correct my order. I received a reply the next day that the order was already in transit, but that I could return the extra knife via US mail. Three days after I used the pre-paid label to mail back the extra knife, I received word that my card had been credited for the return.
