I and my brother have collected quite a few knifes all purchased at blade hq. Their customer support has been great thru out my collection. They always keep updating their site with new items. I would highly recommend their website.
I purchased a knife on sale only to find the knife further went on sale not too long after. I asked if I could receive store credit but apparently I was past the time allotted for receiving compensation for the difference in discount. Regardless, I was given half the difference in discount with a timely response. It was very kind.

Jen was very friendly and explained / answered my question. But I was left disappointed that a non-knife related item could not be shipped to me in Canada. My only option is to wait until I'm headed to the US and hope the item is still on sale then

I love Blade HQ, until they got rid of layaway. They still have great service and employees just now they suck since they got rid of layaway. Dang. I work hard just don't make much moolah and layaway was great. Other than my lil rant if you got money buy from BHq they great!

No discount for Canadian LEO which is unfortunate because Blade HQ does offer one to American LEOs only. Would be nice to see a company support LEOs to their neighbors in the north.

I needed to return a knife because I couldn't really use it the way it was supposed to work. They quickly authorized a return and a refund so I could order a different type of knife. I'm very happy with the ease of my return and refund.

I never had this problem before, I'm not sure what has happened or what is going on, but why is the shipping address relevant? If I paid for the item, and all my billing information is correct, what does it matter where or who I'm shipping to? Not to mention I've shipped to this address many times over the years so there is a record of purchases being shipped to the address. This is the first review I've ever written about a site or company, and sadly it to recommend you go to another retailer. I've used BladeHQ for over 6 years without issue, but now I've taken my business elsewhere and had zero issues since.
Called to make sure a blocked payment went through. Lady was very helpful with a great attitude and enjoyable to talk too. Visted this store back in December and everyone there I talked too was super nice and very helpful, that's why I continue to do buisness with Blade HQ.
