I had a problem with the two step process and logging into my account, Kimberly really didn't help me with the two step thing she just said there wasn't a breech of security on BladeHQ website as my phone told me when I was attempting to log in. I managed to figure out the two step verification process and was able to get logged in on my own. I just need to log in more often so I remember the process is all, it's all good.

I bought the Kershaw launch 4 and The delivery got lost so I contacted customer service and I reached DALLAS which she was a great help and handled my case wonderfully she re-ordered me my knife and got me my knife with in four days. I received my life and I love it. I have a few Kershaw launch series's and love them, I will continue to order from blade HQ and I have ordered from them In with them in the past I now have a launch 16 and 4

On 3rd day after ordering I contacted BHQ only to find out my order hadn't been sent. They fixed the problem and changed the price from $91 to $86 but then forgot the free patch for orders over $85. Also my credit card still has a pending charge for $91
