Awesome selection, extremely helpful staff!

Amazing

I accidentally sent an olight flashlight along with my order but blade HQ had already been in the process of sending it back to me! Thank you all so much. Especially for a large organization and you're on point with everything. The representative I spoke with was very kind, pleasant, and informative. She, along with the people in the warehouse deserve a raise!

Helped me find missing order

I had a mishap with account to order connection sent the support team a email to figure out the issue and was quickly helped out by a "hannah" she gave me an update on my order i request and the next day my item was on my front porch along with an email with the tracking number sent to me the day before much appreciated love the new blade
