First and last purchase
November 20, 2024

Ordered a case knife. When I received the knife, one of the handle pins was missing, the main blade had a rolled edge and both blades were re-sharpened. This was evident by all the grit build up on the edge, very dirty. When I pay for a new knife, I expect it to be new. On top of that they didn't refund the full amount. I'll never do business with this company again.

I had contacted customer service to advise about the safety of one of the knives they sold.One of their customer service agents Jen then contacted me and gave a very well thought out dissertation on the advantages, disadvantages and some ways to make the knife more user friendly for me.Yes for me.I had stated my use for the knife and Jen customized her very lengthy response to my concerns. The techs pointed me in the right direction

I requested help on a broken AFC F16 OTF...since it was 7 years old no parts were available.
Hannah recommended Ytube for information source and it was right on!
I was able to disassemble, rework and reassemble without expense! Thanks for the direction!
