I received a knife that either had a bad bearing or defective Detent. Either way I was unable to open the knife with thumb studs (the only deployment method). I contacted Blade HQ customer service and they offered a return for FULL REFUND! I opted for that option, They emailed me a return slip. I sent the knife back and was issued a FULL REFUND in less than a week! Blade HQ customer service is THE BEST! They have no peer! As a postscript: I immediately purchased another knife within minutes of getting my refund! I just can't do enough business with these guys and gals! I know they will always lookout for their customers and I feel like I'm part of a family when shopping with them!

I had an issue with my initial order and tracking number saying that my order wasn't being picked up by UPS. However with a quick call an and exchange of my old order number they squared away all the issues and provided me with my actual order and tracking number!
