This was my first purchase of a bike online, and my first fat bike. I bought the Gravity Bullseye, and I am very happy with the bike. Simple to build, and simple to adjust if needed. If you are not familiar checking the cables, indexing gears and setting limits; don't worry about it, neither am I. I watched a few videos before I pulled the trigger on my purchase, and I did run into a small issue. Not a issue that prevented me from assembling and riding the bike, but I did contact customer service about it. I spoke with Larry, and that whole experience is why I am giving a five star review. Larry was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely polite. I will definitely recommend Bikesdirece.com and will be making another purchase through them.

I bought a paid alot of money for what I was told is a high performance bike. I spoke with a representative before my purchase to confirm what I was buying. Two weeks after purchasing my bike the crankset broke. I contacted bikes direct that day to report what had happened I have not received a message back. I have tried calling but I keep getting sent in circles to try and get this part replaced. It's been 3 weeks since I've tried to claim warranty on my purchase and it has not been resolved. The customer service is horrible. Go elsewhere.

I always wait to post reviews so I can see how a product goes thru the test of time. Purchased new from BikesDirect December 2019 for a xmas gift. As of August 2020 bike only gets ridden at least 4 times a month or none at all in a month.The bike looks great but has been nothing but trouble. No matter how many times you make adjustments, doesn't shift right or chain falls off and yes regular maintenance performed. I've had and owned a lot of bikes in my life and this is the worst. Would recommend passing on this bike.

Brought a new bike the first ride rear tire went flat in like 5 min I was like dam bad luck next day I removed the tire inspected the tire no holes or punctures or anything just a tear in the tube so I replaced the tube off to ride again same thing within a few min got a flat I took out the tire to my surprise it was in the same spot the other tube got a tear so I inspected everything and found the wheel had ruff edge on the seem contacted bike direct they were of no help they wanted me to pay to ship the wheel to them for inspection so I went to the bike shop they charged me 8 dollars to fix the rim and if you factor in the two tubes I had to use that another 24 dollars and they offered no help I would never buy from them again

My son son had been saving for a bike for almost a year. He found a bike on this site and I ordered it. On the first ride the frame cracked just below the water bottle screw, possible defect. I called ahead to get return approval which was a lengthy email process and sending in photos. The return was approved, I packed the bike and returned it through FedEx, bikesdirect claims they never received it. So my son has been without a bike and the company kept his money! Terrible thieves!

I received my Motobecane bike a few weeks ago. I ordered a Titanium Century with electronic shifting. I was concerned about such a significant purchase sight unseen but based on a previous bike purchase from them a few years ago, I knew the company was trustworthy. The bike arrived within a week and was assembled within 30 minutes of unpackaging. Everything was perfect except for a hydraulic brake line. I contacted the company and they took care of the problem (it did take a few emails and pictures but was acceptable). I have been riding the bike without issue for over a month. I will do business with them again.
