“Great and fast customer service!”

We had a problem with the bike that we ordered for our son and my wife sent an email. Larry, from customer service, responded in minutes with instructions. We followed his instructions and again, Larry responded in minutes. I can not believe how fast and good the service was! It is rare to see this type of service anymore! Thanks Larry!
