Your fees are excessive and a bit sneaky, you should show them up front during the selection process. Why is your shipping so high for a product that weighs so little? Amazon doesn't charge that much for shipping larger orders. Your rebate process and access to the forms is a little Shady. Why can't I see, download and complete the form before or during the ordering process?

My son son had been saving for a bike for almost a year. He found a bike on this site and I ordered it. On the first ride the frame cracked just below the water bottle screw, possible defect. I called ahead to get return approval which was a lengthy email process and sending in photos. The return was approved, I packed the bike and returned it through FedEx, bikesdirect claims they never received it. So my son has been without a bike and the company kept his money! Terrible thieves!
