I have bought Garmin Edge on Bike Inn in June '20 (order *******). Till now I have not received the device nor the refund that I requested multiple times. I feel cheated - I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN
Took 17 days to delver my order. Luckily it arrived, after some stressing period, thinking I was roped. Lake of clear communication. Not reachable by phone, only accessible by a Spanish number after 10:00. I hang up, because I don't speak Spanish.
So what I think, my product wasn't in stock. That's misleading. Another web-shop was €10 more expensive, but no shipping costs of €6.99. I'll save €3 at the end. Not worth the delay and stress, to my opinion.

Ordered a bday gift for a friend on October 14. As of 11/6, I'm being told it hasn't even reached our country yet, despite an expected delivery date of 10/28! I tried to get help from customer service chat and had to wait 10 mins before even getting to interact. Then, when requesting a refund for the ridiculous wait for my package (no idea when it will actually arrive), I was told the only thing they could give me was a coupon toward my next purchase. Are you kidding? Do you think i will ever order from this place again?! So, I am left with no bday gift for my friend, a promise of delivery unfulfilled, and no attempt from the seller to provide me with meaningful compensation for the trouble. Absolutely a poorly run organization.
I ordered a pair of Castelli shorts on BikeInn in September. It is now the end of October and I have still not received my item. I have sent emails and messages to BikeInn to request they look into this, however I just get passed from department to department. They have now told me they need to complete an investigation with the transport company before I can be refunded! The parcel has been lost. I paid for an item I did not receive. It is simple, refund me then do your investigation. This is a company which does not put their customers first. Avoid!

I ordered a Thule 973 -18 Bike rack adapter. I firstly recieved no order confirmation. Only A DHL tracking number by text via DHL. I went to collect the package within the time frame alloted. The tracking information was incorrect and didn't match any packages so I was unable to collect it.
I called DHL a day later and was told that they had contacted the courier who instructed them to destroy it.
Tradeinn/Bikeinn suggested that I hadnt paid customs fees. (I have never paid customs fees within the EU on probably hundreds of packages in the past, why are they the exception.)
I contacted them asking for a reshipment or refund. They offered me 5% discount off my next order.
I have no way of knowing if it was even the right part I ordered it could have been a €5 bike light instead of €50 adapter.
At best they are highly incompetent in customer service at worst its a Scam. AVOID!

Ordered Dainese Knee pads on 5/09/20, they sent Elbow pads, contacted them for a return, ignored and the website return message not updated for over a week.

Stay away. Delivery times say a week. After you purchase those delivery times go up 300 percent. After extended delivery time, still have not received products. Started chat with operator and they said up to 15 extra days. Might be a complete scam, but at the very least really really poor and dishonest service. Stay away!

I ordered two bike tires from them on July 30, not noticing that they were located in Spain. The order confirmation said I'd receive the tires Aug 4 -Aug 10. Here we are at Sept 6 and still no tires. The tracking information says they were delivered on September 1. But, they certainly were not delivered to our home address. From the reviews here, I guess I should have done some research before ordering.

Ended up having to return a pair of cycling shoes that did not fit. RETURN FEE WAS $81 USD. Nowhere on the site did it mention i would have to pay such an outrageous sum to return these shoes to SPAIN - which was not indicated to me that was where they were coming from anyway. VERY terrible business model if your clients have to pay almost 1/3 of the purchase price to return an item. BikeINN should not be selling merchandise to the states if the return cost is so exorbitant AND they hide this information from you when you are buying. TOTAL RIP OFF.

I order things from overseas all the time and completely understand that due to COVID 19 things have slowed considerably however at the same time that this item was ordered 1/8 I ordered several other items from other overseas sites all that arrived within 10 days. This company simply does not deserve your hard earned money, their customer service is appalling and don't be fooled they could not care one tiny bit and foolishly think that they can continue to operate this way. Thankfully I used PayPal when I regretfully used BikeInn and I will now raise a dispute and BikeInn can now deal with PayPal. They will reply with some robotic apology that really means nothing and then blame it on COVID however if you look carefully they have always operated this way and will not stop until consumers stop purchasing from them. I have a substantial YouTube Channel and intend on doing a full consumer review on BikeInn and their practices, the only option for this business is to improve the way they treat their customers or simply close the business. I returned my Bikeinn order ******* more than one month ago and I didn´t get any refund so far. The case is closed on my account with the information "refunded" but I did not get my refund. The support doesn´t work at all, they don´t know what they are doing I got already different informations saying that the refund was done, after that saying that it will be done, after and after with the same conversation but the fact is that I did not got my refund and it as already passed more than one month. When you try to push for more details they simply stop replying to you. They say that the refund takes between 4 and 10 days which is absolutely not true! I never saw such a bad service. Let´s see how much more time I will be waiting for my refund!
