I ordered this book months ago. After I while I noticed it never sent so I reached out to customer support. They never responded to me and I only saw the order was canceled when I checked myself.
Ordered a book 8/19.
Went back to check on 8/26 because I'd heard nothing about a shipping date.
They showed that my order was cancelled and refunded, but had never bothered to tell me.
I have asked and they still have not explained why the order was cancelled.
In fact, today 9/2 I got an email asking to "confirm receipt of my order" or to "Check the order status If you have questions".
Buncha morons. Good employees should find jobs with some company that will last.

My experience was great i got my book on time for class and i don't have to rely on everyone else now
The book was cheap and gets the job done. However, the loose-leaf paper came with half the pages upside down, and the rubberband wrapped around it started to curl the edges, almost ripping them.
Product was not actually available and I received no notification that the order wouldn't be completed, just a refund on my account.
I bought a book that was supposed to be a Christmas present. I never received it and I was never informed that I wasn't going to receive it. Bad experience.
Just got my order, it came exactly within two weeks! I was expecting it to be faster! Amazon delivers within 3 to 5 days.
It was alright, the delivery was moderately good!
I was advised that some books are cheaper than purchasing through AHIMA or the university book store. I was able to find what I needed and at a better cost savings to me.
On 05/08/2021, I purchased 4 books from BiggerBooks/eCampus for a total of $673.92. This included a shipping charge of $29.96. At checkout, I selected 2-day shipping for $29.96 (even though this price is much higher than the price displayed on their shipping information webpage). The shipping service level below this is expedited shipping (1-5 days) for $7.99. Upon review of my tracking number, I realized that they still sent my package at the "expedited" or UPS Ground service level, even though I selected and they charged me for 2-day shipping. This is a $21.97 difference. I called BiggerBooks/eCampus and s/w a rep named Laikyn L. I explained the discrepancy to her. Her response was that if my package gets to me within 2 business days, then that's still considered 2-day shipping. And she wouldn't put a manager on the phone. They are charging for 2-day shipping but still shipping 1-5-day ground! They're pocketing the difference! This is illegal!
A supervisor called the next day and refunded me the shipping difference of $22.00 after trying to offer me a store credit (like wtf?), but the fact that they are doing this is so sketchy. I don't trust them.
I am so glad you had the book I needed for a much more affordable price.
I love buying used books since they're usually cheaper than renting and I'm able to make notes & highlight without worry.

Bok came one day later than promised.
The product was order over 10 days ago and still hasn't shipped. Not sure if this is typical for this company, but disconcerting nonetheless.
Customer service was sub Par. Told me I would have to pay money for my rental even if my book got lost in the mail.
Payed for 2 day shipping and did not get the item for a week. Some lame excuse was given. I requested my additional services to be repaid. Denied
Book condition is as advertised, easy to find on website, check out was a breeze and much less expensive than the University book store.
