Needs improvements
January 22, 2017

The game makes it too hard to earn stars to be able to move into the next level. Double point days games are few; the best way to earn enough stars to play in the next level. Players don't earn enough coins when they do win to make it worthwhile to even play.

Hello Big Fish I extremely love your game named MCF Dire Grove because it is realistic and live-action. There is a huge problem that your company was not making a solution for it. The game cant be played on windows 10 because it is not compatible. If i am going to play it on another pc, we cannot afford to buy a windows 8.1 pc for just to play a single game. Believe me, if the game will increase its ratings thank me if you are going to fix the problem immediately this 2017 since the game is released last 2009. Please fix it because it is a wonderful game. Thank You

Dishonest
September 22, 2016

I purchased 1 game, Didn't join as a member and they have continued to take money out of my bank account monthly. They don't make it easy to cancel (I don't have a 'cancel my membership' option that they keep telling me to do). My last resort was to close my bank account which might now affect my credit if they continue to try and charge. Really annoyed and upset and I am only asking to them to stop taking money out of my account and they have ignored my emails regarding this. I don't know how they get away with it and I hope they get a law suit soon.

Much like others, since purchasing a $2 game from BIG FISH GAMES and apparently being "automatically" signed up for their "club" - we have been charged without knowledge or consent, over $30 for UNKNOWN BIG FISH items. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Avoid using this company! They have been withdrawing funds from my account every month, and I have contacted them three times in the last four months to ask them what this relates and to stop taking money out of account, of which I've had no response! STOP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!

I was a BFG customer from 2007 until this year. I paid the monthly fee, and when I couldn't find a game I liked, I sent certificates to friends and family to use. I was even a customer beta tester - they would send me trials of games in development to try out for them. So, I probably would have stayed a customer if it wasn't for the poor customer service. I have received 4 games in the past year which are unplayable due to glitches. Years ago, and one of the reasons I stayed a customer, the company would investigate and make a fix. If they couldn't fix the game, they would send a credit for a free game. I only needed to use a credit twice. Now, they don't even do that. There is at least one game I have that has been defective for over a year, and another customer contacted the developers (not BFG) who responded by investigating for BFG and sending the correct version of the game. That was almost three months ago and BFG has done nothing. Now that they practically have a monopoly on the casual gaming market, they have replaced their great customer service with arrogance. So sad!

I own several games from Big Fish, and those games are some of my favs and I've been playing them for years. I've owned 4 computers over the years and am able to download all the games into my new computer each time. The monthly fee can be cancelled at anytime and you only need to pay again when you're ready to purchase some more games.

Had no idea I should be checking reviews before I bought a freakin' game, but GUESS WHAT, wish I had! Do NOT buy a game from these people. They will sign you up for a monthly membership and charge your card without your knowledge. It took me three months to figure out where those $7 a month was going, and I found out by my account bouncing MULTIPLE TIMES and rolling into a snowball of almost $100... Unacceptable!

I really liked this company and had no problem having a membership as I would have rated their customer service the best in business. I feel sorry for those people who never got to experience that service in the old days. But in the past year the customer service has gone downhill fast and the loss of the online chat is especially felt.

After not being able to reinstall my game manager after a technical glitch, the one fix they provided didn't work.

I noticed their latest terms of service states that no class action lawsuits are allowed. I'm not sure that's enforceable legally, but it makes me think there are a lot of unhappy people out there.

Beware the Big Fish
January 18, 2016

Within the last year had to reinstall BF had to turn off security to do so, have also had to turn security off to download games, have had 2 blue screens, bitdump and as of late can't even complete a download. This site is not to be trusted as being safe and secure to download games. Very, very disappointed with site as it has changed for the worse over the several years I have played games on this site. Boo to you BigFish.

I am absolutely livid!
December 2, 2015

Did you know when you purchased a game it automatically signed you up for a membership which slyly takes 7 dollars a month out of your bank account? I sure as hell didn't NEVER again. Do NOT purchase a game from this company.

They owe me £1.85
November 1, 2015

I purchased enigmatis on android on the 02/12/2013 through google play.
I had been playing the game for a while which I really enjoyed, but then early 2015 I updated the game through google play and then I went back to the game and it wants me to pay to unlock the game again. I have left reviews on google play but big fish keep deleting them. Also when I try to contact them through there customer support but that is useless.
This company likes to rip people off as if you go on enigmatis reviews you will see alot of people have been affected. So please can you all stop buying there games so this joke of a company can fall into a pit of doom. Thanks people

I've had a support ticket open since 10/11. I had no response to that ticket and have no other option to contact anyone apparently. I purchased a game a few years ago. I recently tried to install it again, it's on my purchased games list, and it doesn't appear to be available anymore, fine. My question is can I get a credit for a game that IS available? No one answers. I paid good money for that game and if it's no longer available to me I want another one or my money back.

Today 11/2 I finally got a response. Apparently the game in question is no longer available so I received a coupon for another standard game. I'm satisfied with the outcome but still very disappointed by the length of time it took.

Update 5/8/17 I ran into another game that is apparently no longer available. I put in a ticket and received an email very quickly saying they couldn't get to my ticket right away but here's a coupon for a free game. Impressive. It took a while but they came back with another email saying the game was no longer available so here's another coupon for a free game. Impressive again. Apparently they are paying some attention to all the negative press they've been getting. I've upped my rating to three stars for average. We'll see if this trend continues. I'm still not going to give them any more of my money.

Of all the web companies we encounter while using our computer, BigFish is the most uncooperative. They love to block your use, and they never forgive a single change you had made over the years, in your sign-in info (user name and password).

They may have some of the best games, but the very worst in employee attitudes. Very mean and unhelpful.

Buyer beware
October 22, 2015

I've used BFG for several years and been happy with the service, but after my last purchase 2 months ago I noticed they continued to bill me each month since, despite it clearly stating that my membership account was inactive when I checked the website. To their credit, they refunded the payments very quickly when I complained about it, but it has put me off using them again in future.

Fraud Billing
September 13, 2015

They are easy to use and install and cheap too. However I have had two 69.99 charges this year from them that I did not make. This happens and each time I contact them they do not respond and do not refund. They are good for games but DO NOT store your credit card information with them.

I had a problem with a game i purchased flickering so badly that i couldn't play it. I complained of course and wanted it fixed. Not ten hours later, they had said 24 to 48 hours, that had sent me a list of ways to troubleshoot. I am a techno-idiot. I couldn't troubleshoot something with an idiots guide and a gun to my head. But there right in clear print was a coupon code for a free game it i wanted that instead. A wonderful alternative. Now i have a game i can actually play and no frustrating techno babel to wade through, fail, give up, and still have no game. Do i wish i could be playing the game i ordered originally? Yes. But i am happy with my second choice and getting this alternative is, in my experience, absolutely unheard of. I had expected to fight for months for a refund. So five stars big fish.
