Con Artist
October 14, 2017

Used to be a lot of fun but now if you want to play,
You buy thinking maybe this time I will win and be able to play awhile, but that never happens. Chips are gone in one day. People complain about the odds and never winning but the company never listens. Customer service is a joke. More and more people are disgusted and take it out on other players or they dont have any chips to spend and sit without spinning. Worse is the players with millions who dont spin and collect and big fish casino does nothing. This is the newest CON Artist of the electronic age and they should be ashamed!

Rip Off
October 14, 2017

Avoid Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots. Both are rigged and a rip off. You win nothing and they want you to pay real money. LOL.

Big Fish Casino
September 14, 2017

I started playing Big Fish Casino for about 3 years & have purchased a lot of chips. It was fun in the beginning but in the past couple of weeks have endured people starting drama within the tables, also losing most of the time, & also the constant laughing regarding another player at the table. I do not find anything funny regarding any player whether they are black, white, red, or whatever, if the have a billion chips or just one, it doesn't matter. Why can we not just get along?

Big Fish Club is a SCAM
September 11, 2017

As others have stated, if you make one small purchase you are signed up for a monthly club service with no notification until you see it on your credit card statement. They will not respond to requests for refunds and even if you cancel they force you to stay active another month. This is a criminal enterprise.

Do not sign up with them. If you have problems loading games you have bought customer service will ignore you and then you have lost money. Honestly these people ought to be investigated for being a scam.

Buying Nancy Drew games here has never been a scam, I've only had problems with one game installing correctly. When I requested technical support they gave me a free game token and allowed me to keep the game that I was having issues with. The games here are cheaper than on Herinteractive.com and after 5 years my download doesn't expire like it does on herinteractive.com

Rip off, scam casino
August 3, 2017

I am sick of being ripped off with big fish casino. And this new vip program shows you how greedy they have got. 45k per $ spent is the new level for VIP tier 7. Before this i was getting 17% per month on what chips i bought. But now only get 45k per every dollar spent.
They are once again scamming us customers again. Its bad enough day after day never making a profit, Or if we do its gone the next day. Zero spin after zero spin. And when you email them they come out with the same garbage everytime.
There chips packages for fake chips are disgusting and way overpriced. Considering this is supposed to be a free app for fun. We can never ever make any money from it, as its fake chips for real money. More and more people are leaving this disgusting scam app. I would never buy from you again. All they do is take take take.
They are running it like a real online CASH casino, But this is supposed to be a free fun app.
There is a page with thousands and thousands of signatures, who are building up a lawsuit against big fish casino, And i for one hope we win and every single player gets reimbursed every penny back we spent.
And if big fish go under, they have know one to blame but themselves, Because of pure greed and manipulation off its loyal customers.
This used to be a good fun app until Churchill downs bought it for over $800m, And they are just ripping us customers off now. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Credits disappear!
June 10, 2017

Don't think just because you buy a game credit you will receive it... they expire!
Big Fish lost a long time customer over a couple game credits I paid for but they stole.
Never again!

Like any adventure, this site and games created were awesome. I personally love some games which are 5 years old. Story lines - great, creative, ideas brilliant, you can feel that games made by talented people and with love. Dire Grove, 13th Skull - genius games. Loved Awakening Princess stories.
I stayed with them for 7 years. Paying monthly credit didn't bother me. And customer service at the beginning was good. Reviews on games were real; and they published reviews from customers.
The time has past, for last 2 years games are manufactured by packs, with stupid story lines, copied from one to another, and with the same design templates. Who cares. Customer service indeed very bad, even rude with no care to customers. Indeed they don't publish real reviews, only the ones they write themselves. No any category, or series created - just random claude of games, impossible to find anything unless you know the game name.
Indeed time to go.

I bought a game for $5.99 in 2015 but did not realised by buying this game it will automatically sign me up for a Game Club membership that billed me every month for $6.99. There is no email notification or any sort! I didn't realised until a year had passed and that amount to $6.99x12=$83.88. I quickly cancel the membership and it said in my account I had 12 game credits which I can use to buy games.

Seeing all those bad reviews, I gave up on asking for refund and decided to use these game credits to buy games. However I did not realised these game credits will expired in 180 days and it did reminded me 30 days before expiration date but that email went to the junk mail. So in the end I was not informed. I managed to spend half of the game credits before expiration date and left only 6. I wrote to the customer service to ask whether I can get my expired credit back if I sign up for membership again. However, they said no and gave me 4 free coupon codes which I could only use it for standard games, not collector edition games, which is the whole point I did not ask for refund in the first place and use their remaining credits! I willing to spend more money on Big Fish games because I really loved their games and only hope my money is spent worthwhile. But, they gave me a very bad experience and I will not buy from them again.

I rather spent those money on other games much better such as The Sims 4 and WOW, they have much better customer service and better game quality. At least, they did inform me of membership billing and more transparent transaction, not automatically sign me up for membership when I bought only one game.

So my advice to gamers, if you want a game, buy directly from App Store, or more reliable sources.
Think twice before you buy any games from BFG as that will sign you up for a membership.

I was a member of Big Fish, I once loved this site, but many changes have happened over the past few years. You had great Hidden Object games and a wonderful online community with real reviews of games. Nowadays there are fake 5 star reviews by the same people for every game. If you honestly review a game and give it a low rating they will remove your reviews. It's a money game at Big Fish games with no care to the people playing and paying for their games. They pump out mature themed games with a challenge level for elementary school children. The quality of the games have taken a nose dive along with customer service which is non existent.

I've been a gaming customer since 2011, with almost no difficulties including technical. That is, until the last year. I've since experienced issues with anything from Trial download n play to purchase bonuses. Supposed trial versions cutting off halfway, when they are supposed to be 60-90 minute plays. Then expecting you to purchase in order to finish your Trial (?!?) Forget about trying to contact their oxymoron "customer support" and/or "help central". You only get bumped around between pages, never actually getting to the section to request actual help; which used to be fully active. Their cheap redirect now is to visit the useless, outdated forum for answers. Caveat Emptor

BigFish games is the worst website I've ever been on, do not ever buy from them. They charge you monthly without notice, and their games don't work. They're customer service is the most horrible thing in the world, and their calling number is very uninformative. When you call, they tell you to email them, but there isn't any email to be found. Therefor if you have a problem with anything, then you just wasted your money with this $#*!ty sight. It hurts me to know that any company would just want to take money from anyone for no good reason. Such f**king employers that don't give a sh*t about their customers. So sad. Never buy from this BugFish... unless you want to waste your f**king time and money. The only reason I gave one star for this review is because it didn't give me the option to give zero.

Horrible Company

Keep charging me 6.99 a month for a subscription service I never signed up for. I canceled the subscription last month and I am still being charged. I am in the process of contacting customer service which has been extremely difficult. Shady company.

Buyer beware
March 18, 2017

Normally when I sign up to a website they send me lots of emails, messages, etc. Big fish games, on the other hand, sent me nothing at all, not even an email confirmation confirming my on line purchace, so imagine my surprise when I notice that they've been billing me for months for something I clicked on a while ago. It is buried in the TOC that when you buy a game you are actually signing up for a membership which includes monthly payments. So not so surprising at all that they didn't feel like reminding me about it. This is dishonest to say the least and very bad business practice. On a positive note, when I contacted the company about this and complained they refunded all my money immediately.

Inappropriate billing
January 23, 2017

This firm will continue to bill you long after you think you have finished using its aps. Beware. They do not email you to say they are billing you and will not email you when your card is replaced with a new expiration date. They just keep on billing.
