First they didn't deliver the proper order items and then their customer service hasnt responded in 24 hours. Pathetic service!

They cancel few items and distributes price of cancelled items with other existing vegetables in the list instead of full refund.
Actually, I feel that big basket is good grocery shop. I take overall grocery items from it. Also we will use it for another shopping
They fast going downwards. Worst products, dirty, rotten, dry, fungus or insect infected. Seems they source their products from trash.
I ordered brocolli on 26 Jan 2022 and received bad smelling and decayed item, the item is not at all cookable and we are going to return it.
Not satisfied with provided services. As bigbasket is not at all big in sense of grocery. Quality is low and also not so reasonable..
I had DailyNinja subscription which I stopped due to bad services and unnecessary charges. I am happy to buy from the guys next door who are giving excellent service be it groceries or fruits and vegetables. Fresh and good quality with reasonable prices and surely better pricing than BB / Daily Ninja.
Worst part is that persons calling from BB give you option on either refund or purchases those who were on DailyNinja. As I opted for refund of the account balance, I was given a time line of 48 hours to complete processing and amount into my bank account within 7-9 days maximum. I even shared my UPI id which is pretty faster for bank transfers. So far its over 15 days and nothing happened. Whenever I called the Customer Care, new complaints are getting registered; the personnel will tell some vague answers or sometimes don't even reply.
I was even contacted by personnel from Payments Department, who are now not at all picking up calls or not even taking courtesy to respond to the text messages sent. Nobody so far could give a satisfactory reason for the delay in refunds (though it was not a big amount).

Through this, I urge people to move out of BB or such online Apps for daily needs but resort to the nearest grocery shops / milk booths who can give better service. Daily acquaintance is an advantage that you can even return items if you didn't like and get different items. As far as milk is concerned, BB charges extra for delivery while the ManMUL or such cooperative dairy outlets can make home delivery at free of cost. For groceries / vegetables, if you feel you are paying little higher than in online Apps, you can ensure to have quality of the products by yourself than later following up for return / refund which will take unknown time due to 'terms and conditions'.
Ordered combo pack, but sent one only from that pack. Very Very poor service. But why they are sowing in list.
No doorstep delivery. Delivery boys refuse doorstep delivery and call at Gate to collect items. What's the point of going for home delivery?
Worst experience. Delivered a rotten vegetable and when asked for return they did not. Simply fraud.

We have always received fungused vegetables, fake other items, the most unreliable name, they give you cheaper price because they buy the oldest stocks from the farmers and expired items from their suppliers. We have a back to back this experience from the mumbai bigbasket, they cheat you over the bills and charge you for the missing items which they dont deliver, their always swallow your credit money from the app.
Please avoid this brand if you want your families health safety, these people are risking their customers lives. Shame on the mumbai bigbasket team. They are extremely insensitive frauds and liars, we have compained it to their backend department but all in vain as the operation team
