I have purchased bids on Bidrack and won several items: a ring and several gift cards for Target, Best Buy, Applebees. After I won, I paid for these items and have never received anything.
When I call their customer service number, I am on hold forever and never get to a rep. Last time I called I hung up after 30 minutes. However, when I emailed them, I did get a response.
Their reply was that their previous supplier did not send them the gift cards and that they would credit my account with bids equal to the amount I paid for them items. I told them that this was unacceptable as they currently had the same gift cards on current auctions and that I did not want anymore "bids" credited to me, I wanted the items I won and purchased. I held up my end of the deal why can they not do the same. Pretty much got no where with them and still no items sent to me.
A couple months later I received the following email:

Bidrack - The fun way to save!
I could not wait to reply with my testimonial and all the problems I have had. Again, got the standard customer service about how they have already credited my account with bids would would give me more. I again repeated that I did not want any bids, I wanted my merchandise and that I would never deal with them ever again.
Here is the last response I had from them:
A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #******* with the following response:
Dear Valued Customer,
We are very sorry for your disappointment with our site. For the orders you are referring to, we had prepaid a distributor for these items. When it came time to deliver, they failed us. We are very upset about this as well. This company still has the capital that we paid them for these orders and are currently in breech of contract. This is why we had offered the bids in lieu of these items. I can assure you, we are not a scam.
We now have a new and VERY reliable distributor. With the new company, we have been able to ship all new orders within 72 hours. Most items arrive to the customer within 5-10 days.
Again, we are very sorry about the rough start we had and the impact it has had on our customers. This was not the intent when we launched the site.
This weekend, we have had some technical difficulties with the site, this could be the reason you were unable to load the page. We are very sorry for this and for the inconvenience, I have added an additional 25 bonus bids to your account.
Once again, we do apologize for this inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your understanding on this matter and hope that you remain one of our valued customers.
Always here to help!
Best Regards,
Vanessa

Guess what, again, never received any items. Thanks for assuring me that you are not a scam. AVOID this auction site as all costs. They take your money and never send you the items. Check out BEEZID instead. I have never had an issue with them. Always get my merchandise.
I have won many items from bidrack and received about 1/10 of those items won. The last three items I won and paid for over the course of five days. They sent me one tracking number for all three items. After a month of waiting my items did not come in. I contacted support and was asked to wait a little long and I did. After a week or so I requested a refund to which they said to would comply. After two weeks I still had not received my refund and so I contacted their support again and was told they would follow up with billing. Still no refund and no answers as to why.
I have browsed through this site a few times. It looks very interesting. I have not yet used it. I will have to spend a little more time to understand as to how the process, i. E., the bidding works on their site. One of these days I will try it out. The website, though, looks professionally done, and looks very interesting.
This site is rigged. You never receive the products you win. Mysterious bidders come out of nowhere and win the large auctions with only 1 or 2 bids. You can't possibly tell me that someone swoops in after thousands of bids have been placed and wins with 1 bid. And, you never see that bidder again on the site. If I won a 52 in Plasma for 1 cent, I would be all over that site. Their customer service, (if that's what you want to call it) is horrible. They are rude and act like you should feel priviledged to be ripped off by them. Their sister company No More Rack is just as bad. DON'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT THESE SITES!
I registered for free as advertised and was charged $99 at 3:30 a.m., when I was asleep. When I complained about it, they said there must have been a misunderstanding and they had a no refund policy. This site is a rip off offering for the most part circus items with a few expensive items. If you have a lot of time to waste, and want your money taken, use this site.
This is a rip off site. They mark their site so when you inquire youve checked the 100.00 package and they debit you account and will not refund your money. Their gurantee on the site says"... if you do not win well will refund your bids untill you do. Each one of these "bids" is charged at $. 50 each. They charged me $100.00 to bid on a product, did not win, refused to stand by their 'gurantee", $100.00 down the drain. This is bad, bad, bad... stay away.
I signed up to bidrack at supposedly no cost so I could view the site, I recieved my Mastercard bill and was charge 98.30 for signing up and when I argued it they said I clicked on a 175 bid purchase to buy and I DID NOT click on it tobuy. They will not refund my MCArd
AWFUL!
I have given this site time and time again to make things right. I was originally caught up in the first scam of them sending and email saying all of the items I had won could not be shipped. I complained and after many emails, they refunded all of my money in addition to finally receiving my items! Wow! Granted they were small things, couple gift cards and random things. I decided to let bygones be bygones and give them another shot. BIG MISTAKE. I have won 4 items back on June 13th & 14th; a makeup palette, makeup brush kit, dress and a game-boy system. I haven't recieved any of the items obviously. They charged me various amounts in shipping even though my items all are marked with the same tracking number. After several email correspondences I have only been given their reassurance that my items are coming as well as a link to an Asian shipping company that did not give me any information. I called today only to be told that there is ANOTHER problem with the warehouse and that items SHOULD be going out in 2-3 months from now! Are you kidding me?! Yet they are still auctioning off the same items on their site right now as we speak. I am so aggravated not only to be out my money, but I really wanted the items I won. The customer service lady told me my account will be refunded the money I am out which in reality is only a few bucks. It's just the point that this company continues to do this. Has anyone else actually received their items from BidRack yet? STAY AWAY!
I had the same bad experience as others note. A charge to my card of $75. I also closed out my account almost immediately after opening it. Bidrack tells me that somewhere in their website they told me 3 times no less to expect such a charge. It is a scam and I wish I could find the web info that told me initially about such a "positive" experience the writer had with Bidrack--well, that was probably written by Bidrack! How dumb can I be? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and did email the DE Attorney General. Can I do more?
I signed on to the website to see what it was about as it bragged all of these low prices and how it was better than ebay. Next thing I know I am getting a charge for $99.00. There is nothing anywhere when you "register" that says you buying anything at that time, but beware, you are. My card # couldn't have been on there for any more than a minute, and they still hit me with the above charge. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED!
IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPOFF BY BIDRACK
Report them to the BBB and to the federal trade commission - here is their website http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menus/consumer/tech/online.shtm If you live in California you might be able to file a complaint with the California consumer affairs here is their website http://www.dca.ca.gov/call your bank hopefully they will get your money back. Also there is an article on http://www.pennyauctionwatch.com/2011/06/class-action-lawsuit-bidrack-scam-alleged-reviews/ about a lawsuit that scambook.com has filed against them recently
The ad offers a new Kindle for $21.95, but the link takes you to a bid option site. Registering with credit card info charges you $99 for registering which you only find out on your next credit card statement. Apparently they get away with this because the terms and conditions must somewhere state that you will be charged for registering, but you have to do a lot of reading to find this out. IT IS A SCAM.
Looked into didnot like it canceled right away. Check accout 2 days later to find out they took $99.00. Requsted a refund they said they do not do refunds but i could get more bids. I just want my money back
Same experience as everyone else. Don't go there. I will be doing the same as everyone else, and hoping the CitiBank can help bring some justice. Hard to believe something like this can exist in today's world.
Why can't I rate bidrack zero? They are scammers, liars, and thieves. Need I say more? I was charged $99 for "registering". They refuse to refund my money. What reputable internet site would have such a policy? They want to have a supervisor call me. They want me to give them my phone number? I think not. The Customer Care folks apparently have no names, because you can never speak to a specific person. The claims of great wins and unbelievable bargains are rubbish-planted comments made by bidrack operatives. Sure, on occasion, in order to make the fraud more believeable, items like iPads will sell for low prices. Rarely are those items ever sent to bid winners. The bid process is rigged to intice the bidder to deplete his/her bid points and need to purchase more bid points. And sooo many bad reviews all over the internet. DO NOT VISIT BIDRACK! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO. As for me, Ive stopped payment with my bank, contacted the BBB, contacted the FTC, contacted the Deleware AG and made multiple internet posts about bidracks scams. They f****d with da wrong guy. I will win.
A class action law suit has now been filed against BidRack: http://www.scambook.com/blog/2011/06/bidrack-class-action-lawsuit-filed/
I went on bidrack to see what it was all about - since "everyone" seemed to be getting such good deals. After I entered all my info, a window popped up to try the bidding process. I thought this was a trial to see how it worked. I won some number of bids for. 01cent. I then left the site without bidding on anything. Next thing I notice that my Visa has been charged for $75.99! I phoned them, they emailed me a "request for refund", which I immediately filled out and emailed back. I got an email back to say that they determined that this was not a fraudulent charge! LMAO - what else would they say. So I phoned Visa to see if they could reverse the charge - minus one cent - but they said they had to do a conference call with these people. We got "Anne" on the phone and she said that there is no way they give refunds. I hope anyone who even thinks of going to this site will read all the complaints first and NOT deal with these thieves.
Took $99.00 for bids then the website won't download they will not issue refunds so buyers beware!
1. The bid packages are bogus. You can buy them for pennies during the auction. I bought a package without knowing it, the disclosure was pink writing on red background and very small. I thought I was setting up the equivalent of a paypal account. There are no refunds.
2. The merchandise is junk. I can not see any pictures of items on the website anymore and no one in their customer service department will help me. When I complain, they comp me more bids. Adding insult to injury! I paid for 200 and I've gotten like 300 for free. Thanks for nothing, bidrack.
Stay away from this site!
Answer: I fell for the site last night and looks like I am out the $99. I called right away once I saw the charge, got an answer. She sent me a link to request a refund, but from what I read on here, looks like an expensive lesson. Has anyone received a refund for the $99?
