They are fraudulent company. I went to their web site and registered. In their home page they do not let you know that after you registered they automatically charged you $99.00 I have the hardest time to make contact with them by phone and/or e-mail. Finally when I was able to talk to one of their customer service rep she was very rude (sharon) and she lotd me that they will not refund any money. I request to talk to a manager but she stated that they will call me back. Definitely they are crooks. I do not recommend this web site to any one. One more thing they have clients comments but they will review and decide if your comments are going to be posted by them.
I was charged $99. Without my knowledge & can't get through to them when I call- A message saying all operators are busy. I feel like crying! What a scam- I thought I was smarter than that.

The people that run BidRack.com need to hasten their responses to questions and complaints. When you bid on and win gift cards be prepared to wait 2 weeks for your order to even process even though they are quick to charge you for shipping. You then receive an email from a separate company (giftcertificates.com). Read the print on these coupon wins ( they say they can replace it with something else without notice). While I did eventually receive a WalMart gift card, out of curiosity I checked the gift card site and see they no longer even offer Walmart or Target gift cards. Jokes on me because I now await the email from giftcertificates.com cuz I was dumb enough to win 3 gift cards a few days ago. Will let you know what I get.
I thought I was only signing up to use the site. I did not know that they were automatically charging my credit card $99. I realized my mistake within 5 minutes and emailed for a refund. They refused! All they offered was to give me more bids. Even when I explained that I did not want to bid, they still refused a refund. This site is the biggest rip-off!
Bidrack sent me an E-Mail so I went to there sit they made it sound good people won pricey things for a good cost but to win it would take at least $800 to $1000 they say $4.99 to $9.99 but to ship a t 32" tv it would cost $75 what kind of a deal is that when the 32" LCD cost $499 with a good sale you can get it at some stores for $275 with no shipping cost I made an error an clicked on 175 bids for $99 I used them plus some free one's and bid on some bid packs I watched the biding for a week the the main thing I didn't like was giving them my credit card number I deleted my credit card and my name from them but kept my pass word so I can watch the biding they keep sending me free bids they just want to sucker me in to buying more bids I decided to go to a review site I went to 2, I found very few people that said anything good most of them didn'. T receive their item I would like to make the money they are making but I couldn't do that to people I like E-Bay I have ordered a lot from them an received everything I ordered 2 times I didn't get what I ordered so Paypal gave me a refund 1 time I received a damaged item I contacted the seller, sent the item back I received all cost including shipping Have A Great Day Chuck
Bidrack is a scam. There's thousands of complaints against them. KEEP complaining, to the BBB, IC3, FTC, etc. They're getting away with it, lets STOP them! Also let Apple, Dell, Gucci, Coach, Walmart, Target, Best Buy (& all the other big names Bidrack uses to scam people) that they are being used illegally!
DON'T STOP REPORTING THEM! EVEN IF you got a refund from them (which is rare but does happen) keep reporting them! If you haven't been scammed by them already, then AVOID Bidrack like the plague! Nomorerack & Savebig are owned by the same criminals & scam as many people. Warn people on Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, etc. We got to get them shut down!
Total scam do not register no matter what they charge you 99.00 with out telling you. Next thing you know your account has been drained 99.00. The web site itself is crap and a big waste of time. Wish i had google them, there's all kind of complaints about this company.
I would rate bidrack as LESS THAN a ZERO - website is a total scam. I won an auction. Item was supposed to ship in 72 hours. I never received the item yet my credit card was charged for shipping! I demanded my money back, and never received a reply. Fortunately my credit card company will refund my $ and then take $ back from from Bidrack.
Is a auction website that you have to pay for bids to bid. After spending $99 for the FREE trial I found out The 4 things besides biding on more bid (ridiculous) you can not win. The clock resets every 10 seconds so you have to keep bidding in. 1 cent incriments- you do the math.
I went to this web site after seeing an ad. I registered and put in my credit card information with a slightly uneasy feeling but I thought ok it is for future purchases. I bid $. 01 for a 10 bid package and won it. That is all I bought. The next day my credit card was billed $99.00. After many attempts to get through to them with no answer I called my credit card company and initiated a fraud dispute. I finally did get through to a lady who said by entering the website the way i did I agreed to purchase the 175 bid pack which is one of the more expensive packs. I did not agree to that. I never saw anything about that. She said in essence said TOO BAD.
I wanted to find out how the site worked and since it was free to register I did.
I was immediately charged 99.00. They sent me an email a couple of days later and said I had purchased 175 bid vouchers. I have tried for 4 days calling at all different times and can't get anyone to answer the phone lines. Also have sent 6 emails in the last 4 days and just get a support number that says someone will be in touch soon. Trying to get the bank to help me get my money back, but not sure they can. Boy what a scam!
Bidrack is the worst site ever. I spent hours and hours trying to win an iPad. It, along with the other 11 items I won, was never shipped. Basically, it is a complete crapshoot. If you win on a good day when they bring in enough money to afford the item, it *might* be shipped to you. Otherwise, forget it.
I love no more rack and despite all the comments that I've been reading, gave bid rack a shot just recently. Won 4 items so far a few weeks ago and already received three of them this week. I can see that people have had problems in the past with them, but for me I have not encountered any yet. Maybe their new supplier is the reason? Dunno, but I'm happy so far.
I won many items, and after many complaints I did recieve the ipod nano I won (it took 6 weeks to ship). The item came directly from amazon.com and it was legit, as I was shipped a pink nano and wanted silvr and processed an exchange through amazon. Anyway, the other 10 items I won were nowhere to be found, and so I called customer service once again. They refunded ALL of the money I spent on their site except for the bids and money I spent on the nano, which was only about $20. I am happy to say 48 hours later the money was back in my bank account. I suggest anyone that still has pending money/auctions with them you call them and demand a full refund. Also email them. Anyway, it is too bad this was too good to be true! If anyone wants a reliable site, try bidsell.com. I have won many items and recieved them all quickly!
STAY AWAY. I am on the phone now with my credit card Company to find out if I can get my money refunded. I won an auction after spending 90.00 on bids. That was a Month ago. No item has arrived. They can not give me any info on my item. They tell me to keep waiting. I hope I can get my money back..
On a Wednesday evening during an Auction my account had 138 bid and then all of a sudden the account went to 0. I contacted customer service and they said it was a glitch in the system and gave me back my bids. Then on Thursday evening when I log out of the site I had 100 bids (under the purchased bids area). On Friday morning when I logged in I had 0 bids and then I contacted customer services I couldn't get any answers until Friday evening when I called again and was told that I would be given back my bids. On Saturday I still didn't have the bids and contacted customer service. The man I spoke with was rude, said they would not be giving me back my bids and accused me of trying to steal from the company. BUYERS BEWARE, this site is nothing but a pain. There are other friendlier sites out there.
This website is a joke. They take away your bids whenever they feel the need. No one has recieved anything they won, other than cheap junk wins. I have spoken to customer service more than once. Nice people- but, they just tell you what you want to hear. Nothing has ever been done about the issues I reported. I have given them the benefit of the doubt so many times. I have won 12 auctions since they started and have yet to receive anything. Tonight they decided they can take away your bids whenever they want, without any notice. I am so done with them. What a scam!
I have had the same type of experience as above. I "won" a YSL purse for. 86 cents. Once the bidding completed and it was in my tab as a won item, the bidding started again. Very Interesting I thought. I took screen shots showing I won and emailed them to their customer service. At first I received a couple of emails from their CS dept. stating that IT was going to review it and then another email that it was now under supervisor review. Once it went to "supervisor review" I have not received any emails or responses from the ones I have sent them. I wouldn't waste your time or money... consider yourself warned.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I won several auctions and never received a confirmation of shipping and my order status never changed from processing. It has been 18 days since I purchased the items I won. After repeated attempts to get tracking numbers, details on when my order shipped, emails to customer service, and phone calls to customer support, I have had no resolution to the issue. They have charged my credit card over $125 and I have not received anything. I have sent them an email requesting that they either send the items within the next three days, which will have been three weeks, or to refund my money. I have a feeling they either "sold" items they don't even have or are so dysfunctional that they lost my order and never sent it in the first place. We'll see how they respond, but judging by the numerous feeback and reviews from other websites, I think I have been scammed. This is a nightmare. Also, check the reviews on the nomorerack.com website on jabber. They also address bidrack.com.
Answer: I fell for the site last night and looks like I am out the $99. I called right away once I saw the charge, got an answer. She sent me a link to request a refund, but from what I read on here, looks like an expensive lesson. Has anyone received a refund for the $99?
