Happy to have made a couple of purchases I don't regret: lens, printer! I am happy with B&H. I also like the old school of them being closed on their special holidays and letting people know about it!
Quick and free shipping. Same day shipping if I order by 1pm PST. I've bought a few parts from this company and they've been good to me so far. All 3 orders I've made so far have arrived on time, and all of the merchandise has been in pristine condition... which I can't always say is true for either newegg or amazon.
The only con I can give is I wish they stocked a bigger selection of parts.

No issues ordering, or paying, very quick. I just have issues with FedEx not delivering. Especially when paying extra for one day saver. Basically overnight, delivery B4 10:30 am. AT my location anyway, even when the building is open and I'm sitting in my office waiting, they tend to just take it back to the depot which usually cannot be picked up until 8:30pm. Very annoying and extremely inconvenient. They will mess up my entire day. Twice last week I had to go and get it myself. An 11 mile drive each way.
