I have ordered a number of items from these folks and have found them wonderful to do business with. The prices are good and they will even refund the difference if an item goes on sale just after you order. The customer service is good - people are always courteous and good to work with and their technical chat teams are knowledgeable. This is my first stop whenever I need anything photo or electronic.

I've ordered a variety of audio and video equipment from B&H over the last few years, and it's always been well listed (item descriptions and photos), well priced, and well handled. Chat and phone service have been good when I've had questions, but their site makes it easy to research for yourself as well!

Bought Thinoptics package from them. Thinoptics is always sold with 2 pairs. B&H package only contained one, yet charged me the same price as the Thinoptics site for 2. Reached out to B&H. They sent me a return label that cost $11 to use. Outrageous customer service.

Given that I live in a very rural area I order from B&H regularly and I am pleased with there service more than regularly - they are always ready and willing to send me what I need.
