Boots were great but the packaging could have been better. Damaged box, no tissue to hold boots in place and looked a little worn.
Even though sizing was wrong, customer service to resolve an issue has been truly outstanding and refreshing in our day and age.
I was very satisfied with 3 of my 4 items. I still want the suede boot but didn't see an option for exchange.
