I bought a "high quality" 1000 count King size sheet. They were extremely thin and poor quality. After just 2 washes they COMPLETELY fell apart at all four corner seams. It was a combination of poor quality material and poor craftsmanship. I sent them a complaint asking for a refund. At first they told me no because it was past their 30 days. Then it was no because they were used. When I threatened to file complaints everywhere, they said to send them pictures. I did. I had to email them again after another month, They responded to my email, but said the pictures "didn't come through". Then they wanted me to send them back and they would "decide". Are you kidding me?!?!? This isn't my only bad experience, but it is the worst. The most important thing to remember here is BUYER BEWARE.

Well, this site doesn't tell you upfront that they do not have items for sale in stock. Only after you place your order, you get the email explaining the process. First you place an order. Then BTR places an order with vendor. Then the vendor send items to BTR. After that, finally, BTR sends items to you. I ordered two items 8 days ago, and it's still showing as the items on the way to BTR from the vendor. I have never seen this type of site nor will I ever order from them again.

I have been more than satisfied with this company. The products are as shown, if not better. Really, what is the"real" retail price of goods these days?
The items are well packed, and considering that they re-pack, the goods are received in a timely fashion.
I'm a chamption of this company... buying US sometimes has some unplesant surprises, even dealing with very reuputable companies plus their Canadian!

BTR will lie to you. I've been ordering from them for some time now and have had nothing but problems with their products. I made a large order of dishes only to receive 4 plates that didn't even match the set. 3 months later they have lied to me repeatedly, making promises that the right order was in stock and sent, but now today they have admitted that they never had the dishes, that the supplier doesn't even have them until March... which will make my wait a total of 6 MONTHS! They sell seconds and a lot of their products are used ie/ designer purses/ belts etc. Which by the way are not returnable when you finally receive them and see for yourself how dirty and old they are! I have two words for potential shoppers, STAY AWAY! The quality is cheap, most is made in China with fake logos and once they get you for shipping, you're paying retail anyway. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR MONEY.our review will help others learn about this website. Check the Better Business Bureau and see for yourself. They have had several cases against them and have lost everyone. Beyond the Rack is not a reliable place to shop and their customer service is filled with liars who will tell you anything to keep you quiet and waiting for goods that never come. BE AWARE.

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago. Still waiting for my shipment. Followed their instructions. Visited their website, Went to "Account" then to Item and there it says "SHIPPED". I highly doubt it. The tracking number is INVALID so I cannot even track it, if it was in fact, shipped. They already charged my credit card over 2 months ago. I will be very fortunate if they credit my charge card as I do not want that item. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, nor will I EVER refer a friend or family member, either.

It really looks like you are getting a great deal on their website... until you compare the prices with your local store! I bought a watch from beyondtherack and paid $30 more than I would have if I bought the exact same watch from Nordstrom's rack.

The quality of the products is not great either! I had a good experience with them initially, I bought a dress that needed just minor tailoring but it was very well made otherwise. So I was excited to buy more stuff from them. Well the quality of all my other purchases didn't match the price tag. I had to return $230 worth of stuff but they DON"T GIVE ANY MONEY BACK, only store credit. I ordered a comforter that turned out to be a joke; the website pictures were so much better! I ordered a couple of dresses that looked horrible up close. So I keep returning the items I buy from them and keep paying for shipping both ways. Today I finally ordered a tie for the remaining balance. Just praying there is nothing wrong with it and I can be done with this company.

Oh and the customer service people are rude! When I said I wouldn't like to buy anything from their website anymore, I'd like to get my money back on my credit card, the lady replied something like, "too bad we don't refund the money. You can only use that money on our site"

I am VERY disappointed with BeyondTheRack, and this is most likely the last time I will ever shop with them.
I ordered the Regular Duck Down Comfort Duvet In White (SKU: MART0233WH) on Sep 7.20 days of waiting later, the website now say it's no longer available. They said they will refund my cash (takes FIVE LONG days to refund), but other than that, they wasted my time waiting for this item, and I missed many great deals on a duvet BECAUSE OF THIS ORDER.
This website has REALLY BAD customer fulfillment (not just a long wait time, which I can tolerate, but worse, NO fulfillment of order AFTER A LONG WAIT time). This is VERY disappointing, and absolutely bad business.
If the company cannot fulfill orders, then it SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS in the 1st place. Just close the business, and not disappoint customers EVER AGAIN

They sell what they don't have in stock. I only realized that when I already placed my order with them. Shipping took forever. It took them 2.5 weeks to receive the product from the manufacturer and almost 8 days to ship it (they ship FedEx - way too slow). Will not shop again. I used other sites similar to them and never had an issue!

Beyond the Rack is absolutely the worst — terrible customer service, lies to customers. I have ordered once from them, and now a month later, have been told the item hasn’t even arrived at their warehouse — although they sent me an email last week to say it HAD arrived and was on track to be delivered.

I already put in a claim with my credit card company for fraud and non-receipt of items. I would like to tell everyone to avoid Beyond The Rack at all costs.

We do apologize that we are late in shipping your order. Usually, we ship orders at 2-3 weeks. At times we do run into delays with our vendors that are beyond our control, however, we will always send you an email to keep you updated in regards to your order.

BTR has great prices on high-end products. However, the process takes an extraordinarily long time. I've waited months for items to get to me, and usually by then, I've forgotten about it. In their defense, the site clearly outlines their shipping policies and time frame. Although it is often frustrating to wait so long for an item, they disclose this ahead of time, so you know not to expect the item right away. My most negative experience was when I waited nearly two months for a pair of shoes, only to have the order canceled. I didn't receive any store credit, simply an email saying "sorry, we had to cancel this order". I understand the buying process of sites like this, but there must be a way to ensure a more consistent experience for the consumer. I still recommend this site, however be warned it may take a while to receive your items (unless they are a "quick-ship" deal, which I have found to be very prompt).

I reccomend this to all of my friends, several (6) of us use BTR constantly. Due to the nature shipping times are usually long but they tell you that up front. I don't order anything from them that I need over night and I have got some great deals and some of my favorite personal and household items from them. Thanks BTR!

Placed order for knife set on 9-4-11 on www.beyondtherack.com; credit card charged same day; as of today, 10-16-11, merchandise not received. Merchant keeps sending e mails that knives will be mailed but does not specify when [ten days from today, ten months from today...?]. Per merchant, they have not even received the knives yet from their supplier, let alone shipped to me yet charged credit card six weeks ago

The first time I ordered from them, I was super excited because it was a duvet cover that would have been perfect in our bedroom. A few weeks after my purchase, I received a message saying there were delays receiving the product from the manufacturer. Ok. Then 10 days later another message with the same content. Ok. Then about 7 weeks after I placed my order I'm starting to get annoyed... should I have gone out and just gotten the cover and spent a little more on it and been able to use it immediately? I email their customer service and they tell me that my order has been CANCELLED because they didn't get enough product from the manufacturer! So I had to email them to find this out? What if I never emailed them? Very disappointed, but where I was most disappointed was how the rep responded, very cold, no explanation, no apology, nothing. I've dealt with other sites like gilt.com, totsy.com, hautelook.com, fab.com, and sure it's not always perfect, but they always respond the right way!

I placed an order for a baby shower gift. They hadnt received it. So they gave me a BTR credit -__-. Then they just ended up canceling the order after about a month and a half. I didnt care for this. It was unreliable and it was disappointing.

I have done a lot of online shopping and never had to deal with a site like this. Their CS is rude. I ordered 3 items around the same time BEFORE I read any reviews and now I am kicking my own butt for it, believe me. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a purse. Well the last order I made was cancelled over 2 weeks ago by the company. They did return the full price of the order to my credit card and because I openly complained on their facebook page they gave me a $11.50 store credit. However, the two items I purchased before the shoes have still not been "shipped to their company" and it has been 4 weeks. I will now have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks before they get my items and then another 5 - 10 business days if they ever ship it to me. Summer will be long gone before I can ever wear those shoes. What a waste. Oh and I forgot to mention their company is located in Quebec, CA. I am in Ontario, Ca. It takes at most 4 hours to drive to Quebec from where I live. I probably will not be using the credit, waste of time.

I have just received two orders from them today. One I ordered on June 21 and the other July 6.

I knew I was taking a chance when ordering from BTR after all the bad reviews, but I was taking into account that most people pass on bad reviews before they'll say anything good a place.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service! I read that shipping can take up to three weeks so I knew that I might have to wait a while. I was not expecting next day shipping. All along I have been receiving emails letting me know the progress of my order. The June 21 order was behind schedule to arrive at their warehouse, and I received an email saying so. Then I received an email within days saying that my item had been shipped!

All items were exactly as described. I am glad I gave Beyond the Rack a chance and will be doing more shopping there!

I've ordered on 16 separate occasions, I waited 3 weeks to 6 weeks for items to arrive, but expected that as I read reviews prior to using the website. Anytime I write customer service to follow up on a purchase, I get same-day responses from them

No complaints, and never been an issue, most people just complain about shipping time. But the stuff I get is well worth the wait :) Today I got Jimmy Choo shoes for under 400$! Score!
