I ordered two waist training garments from them, I followed their sizing chart I even measured myself with seamstress measuring tape precisely I'm a size 29 waist anyway. I order two pieces, both did not fit one was so small it was 9inches to small to be exact even my 7 yr old couldn't wear it, it took 6 weeks for me to receive my order when I called to complain the woman in a very heavy accent (not English or French and considering their a Canadian company. This was completely off) said to send it back and when they receive notice it was send they would refund my money I sent them back and never got my money back. Ridiculous... Its a scam in my opinion, their shipping takes forever and they're customer service is atrocious... Better off ordering from anywhere else
Stay away from this site. Ordered a gift for my wife and waited a couple of months for it. I inquired about it and was told there was a problem with the supplier so I ordered a different gift. I sent it back and had a credit of $338.99 on May 31,2016 and today it's gone. I wonder if it would be different if I owed them money.
I returned my items due to the quality of the product which was poor and my first call to them was to see if they received it. At that point they told me that my credit would be in March.
Needless to say i'be had several calls and emails and they continued to give me the run around but all to say they can not credit my card back but will credit my BTR account. I told them I do not want to order anything from them again and still they would not credit my card!

This company is a scam and they still owe tons of money to old vendors and now they opened this new company! Such thieves! Karma will get them... How dare they open a new site and forget the scam they played with the old one! Bloody liars
Well, this site doesn't tell you upfront that they do not have items for sale in stock. Only after you place your order, you get the email explaining the process. First you place an order. Then BTR places an order with vendor. Then the vendor send items to BTR. After that, finally, BTR sends items to you. I ordered two items 8 days ago, and it's still showing as the items on the way to BTR from the vendor. I have never seen this type of site nor will I ever order from them again.
I am in the same postion as you all... i have over $1000 in purchases i have not received, i will skip the $#*!ing, but would like advise as to what are we to do now.?... are the credit card companies reliable to refund our money.?. Or is the saying cant get blood from a stone the way it works here?... what are we to do.?... im so fustrated... its not like it was small amount of money... im being charged interest on these purchases that i havent received... pls help!
I spoke with one of their staff and I found him very rude in attending my questions and needs, this place obviously needs a lot of improvement in handling customer
I ordered my product. I waited 5 months, no phone call nothing. I called and they said my product was discontinued and would give me store credit. I told them I did NOT want store credit and my money back onto my credit card. They refuse saying they only do credit and no cash refund.
Called my credit card company, and numerous complaints have been coming in regards to beyond the rack not shipping or refunding customers money.
If anyone has had this problem, call your credit card now and they will get your money back from beyond the rack!
Placed an order Feb 8,2016, the site claims it was shipped and in transit since March 11, but its a damn lie!
They update their site daily to lure unsuspecting buyers and after placing the order you receive absolutely nothing!
I've bern their customer since 2010 and always received my stuff but now, I know $#*! has hit the fan with them!

Beyond the rack is a fraudulent company. They cannot ship products that they "sell" and when you place an order weeks later you find out they can't fulfil the order, won't give you your money back and they won't even honour the credit they give you because they won't give you your money back. This company needs to be stopped from continuing to rip innocent people off.
Recently purchaged a set of "transworld" luggage from BTR. Unlike most, my order was shipped in a reasonable timeframe... LOCKED! Much to my surprise, my order did not contain a manual re: how to use this lock and the lock was not set to the 0-0-0- code like most. After much discussion with Transworld (who happened to be very helpful) and sharing of pictures, luggage tags etc., it was confirmed that this luggage set is not a Transworld product and guess what, no way to open it and no warranty. Authentic... I doubt it. Now what? Luggage I can't open, customer service who tell me the item is authentic and they are getting a manual from their "supplier - who is not Transworld" and no warranty. I can't even get to the bottom of who exactly made this luggage set. My advice... if it's too good to be true, it is! The luggage is nice to look at but I'm not sure how it will ever be used.
I purchased a Prada handbag during black friday sale. Not only I waited about 3 weeks to receive the bag, it is also a FAKE bag. (It looks real from the outside, but very obvious if you look at the interior.) This was suppose to be a gift for my parents, they totally ruined it.
I called customer service, was told the refund is for BRT credit only and they were told by supplier they were authentic. Sounds like this is how they make money and force you to buy their fake sh&;$($: t after you found out. Whoever also bought the Prada bag, return the bag and ask for refund!
Do not order from here. I ordered a dress more than a year ago and had to return it because the length of the dress that they had online was not the length I received. Now I have a credit, they won't refund your money for their mistake. I finally found a handbag that I liked and ordered it Feb 13. It was supposed to be shipped by March 5. After calling them to inquire they told me it would be 2 more weeks before it would even be shipped because of a vendor issue, shouldn't they have confirmed that before offering the item? I'm guessing it will be close to 2 month before receiving anything. The sad thing is they didn't even send me any email to let me know what was going on. Customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company

When BTR went into receivership I thought I better use my credit of $110.24. I bought an item using the credit and then paid PayPal for the difference after not receiving the item. I phoned and was told the item was not shipped because it was defective that is when my credit disappeared from my account. I phoned BTR several times and sent emails and was always told I am sorry we will look into this. Today I was told to contact my consumer protection company as they would not honor credits from the old BTR. I did receive a credit from PayPal for the difference.
Same overall experience as others who have posted here. I had a $20 credit from a return and one day it just disappeared. I was told it was a promotion. Which it wasn't. It took them 21 days to respond to my email. I had to email 5 times before I got a response. Please, Please, Please do not order from here. I have been a customer since 2011 and it's just not the same anymore. They barely have the content they used to and are performing fraud by stealing peoples money
From bad to worse! I'm talking about BTR customer service and more importantly their management that hide behind scripts!
Due to their negligence I never received my order and they refuse to refund my money! Their reason? They changed management... so ridiculous! I will never buy from them again and will make sure everybody I know will never buy from them again.
Ordered several items and by the time the first one arrived I had already ordered another item. BIG MISTAKE! Quality is not as expected and as noted in other reviews you pay for it up front and then wait a month or two for your order to arrive with no notification that its going to be delayed. When you call all you get is a run around about when it will be shipped. By the time I got may package the event I needed it for was already over. They won't allow you to cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped and I had to go purchase the item I needed elsewhere.
Now they won't give me my money back if I return what they sent me, only an in-store credit. The last thing I want is a credit at BTR that I have to use. I will never use this site again and will spread the word to everyone I know not to buy anything from them. A RIP OFF!
I purchased a kino chair sometime between end of March, beginning of April. I needed the chair for the end of April. Every time I tracked the order the ship date was changed. I sent emails, they just don't care. Finally I heard from them. It was the new people that bought the company. I was told I had credit no orders would be ship quickly. I ordered one item and did receive it quick. Looking to spend the rest of my credit, I ordered boots the beginning of August, and the ship date kept changing. I sent numerous emails and was told they would check on my order. I then got an email saying my order was in the New York warehouse. I did get my boots, but can only wonder if I had not have complained would I still be waiting. I still have some credit. I emailed the, yesterday and told them to have a good time with my credit. This company caused me so much stress. I will never deal with them again
Placed an order with Beyond the Rack in September 2016 and now last week in October the order status said refunded. I payd with my BTR credit and now they say they can't refund my money to me since it's under new owner ship. Yes new owner ship is terrible I lost 236.96 dollars and now i'm supposed to go through Customer protection and the number they gave me was a cruise ship winning number. :( I was for many years a valued customer and never had trouble with anything and loved their customer support but this new owner will go bankrupt to with this kind of customer service or lack there of.
I ordered two things and as the shipping date approached (which was supposed to ship a whole month after i ordered it) it moved even more so i would be waiting for a full month and a half for my items, and then after the shipment to expect to recieve it ten days later. Are they crazy? Please what a waste of time horrible

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
