I just used BEWAKOOF for the first time and I'm so glad I did! The app is super smooth, very well designed and user friendly. On my first attempt I was able to book my order and they delivered it on time. Definitely recommend BEWAKOOF for anyone who wants to shop with ease & convenience!

There is so many wonderful things about it! For example,
1) There are so many different clothing options to choose from that I always find something I like.
2) The prices are also really competitive and pocket-friendly for me, especially as a university student.
3) The return policy is also so smooth.

Order No - *******. The website said it was pink joggers 40" length and when it was delivered it was only till the knee 26" length. Tried to return it that same day five minutes after delivery. They never responded. Never picked it up. Total silence from their end. My money was wasted I can't use these. I will not recommend buying from this place. Waste of money.

It is the best app for shopping experience but see, I am from a middle class family so I can't afford very expensive clothes. And Bewakoof completed that task. But the final cost was very different from the cost they show on-slide. So just one request,don't hide costs,show the final price. But the app and its clothes selection is good. Would recommend this app :)

Bought a cover for my iphone 13, looked high quality and covered the entire phone in the ad, actual product has a very poor quality print and the cover leaves the top and bottom exposed.
Do not recommend.

I used to use a different shopping app, but it was so slow and had weird glitches. I have been using BEWAKOOF for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. It's quick, responsive, and has all the clothes you could ever want. I don't think there is any other app that is as user-friendly or low-priced as BEWAKOOF. Loved it.!

Pathetic service, it's been more than a month since I requested for return of my product, but still, no one has come to pick it up, even after filing a complaint no one is bothered to call me back to resolve my issue nor I am getting my refund back...

I recently ordered a product online and got the wrong item. I contacted BEWAKOOF customer service and they were very helpful. I sent them the picture of the incorrect item and they gave me a refund on my order. They even refunded all amount in 24 hours.

They don't refund your money on return of the products, they keep the products as well as ur money..

When it comes to men's fashion, dressing for summer is far more complicated and trickier than it is in winters. Totally in love with their products specially the apparel and bar products. They are very stylish and makes you look outstanding.

I found the website on Facebook and I was amazed to see their new trendy T-shirt collections, they have a very wide range and I recently bought four T-shirts and I got them a little late, but the quality of the t-shirts was very good, even the print on the t-shirt was quite genuine, so I had a good experience with bewakoof.

It has been a frustrating experience. The app consistently crashes and fails to display more products from the same brand. To make matters worse, it won't allow me to check out from my cart. Despite reaching out to their customer service both on the phone and through email, I have received no assistance whatsoever. It's truly disappointing when a promising app falls short in delivering reliable functionality and helpful customer support.
