Despite living in Taiwan, I feel I received my order relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the two new books out of the 5 that I ordered arrived a bit beat-up / damaged. However, they kindly refunded a percentage of the original price which I felt was fair.
Book was spotless; this was my first time ordering on BWB from another seller. I was a little nervous because it took a few weeks to arrive (no tracking as is typical with BWB ordered books), and I had paid more than I had in the past on BWB ($45). I really don't mind the typical wait for BWB orders, especially since the whole point to me is that you're helping by buying used books and what's the point of undoing that with 1 day shipping.
I will probably be more wary of ordering from independent sellers in the future unless I'm getting something cheaper that I wouldn't be as concerned about getting lost. But it turned out fine and I'm very happy with my book! Also another positive is because it's an independent seller, there was no BWB stock sticker on it (I can never get those off cleanly).
The book was shipped late and Better world book always have the problems with shipping. I hope that in the future you will improve your service better than present.

Would order again. It took was a reasonable timespan for a shipment from the US to Germany, I was rather amused by the email confirming that my book was enroute.

The books I look for are not usually at my local library. I can usually find them secondhand on better world books for a lot cheaper than brand new. It takes a little while to deliver to Australia but I am happy with that.

The book arrived on time. (I live in Hungary, before the pandemic, it took about four weeks for the books to come from the Better World webshop, now six weeks. You have to allow for this delay, given the situation. I have no idea what their delivery time is in the US or Western Europe).

I used to be a regular customer of www.betterworld.com. I bought a lot of books from them, I wrote a number of positive feedbacks about their bookshop, and I recommended it to many people. However I'm EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY disappointed by the way they handled one of my recent orders.
I ordered from them Projection and Recollection by Marie Louise von Franz on the 27th of October (Order no 14535316 ) for 20 USD , allegedly a copy of very good quality.
I received instead on the 25th of November Inward Journey by Margaret Frings Keyes, TOGETHER with a receipt of delivery of Marie Louise von Franz's book. I don't find this funny at all. It shows a total lack of care in their work, as well as a total lack of interest to keep the regular customers.
Certainly, I'll write my negative experience on public platforms, to warn the other potential victims of their ignorance.I do really hate when a company takes its regular customers for granted ! I do strongly hope that at least I'll get a refund or I'll get finally the product I ordered and PAID for....(If nothing like this happens and they will try to find an excuse, it will speak for itself... I'll update you about the outcome)
