They didnt call the number I provided, but instead obtained a phone number from a "trusted" source such as "yelp or yellowpages" and demanded that I have someone answer the phone number they pulled out of their asses to verify MY business. Or they asked me to make a website and list a phone number on it, because every single business has a website? Bunch of morons, I have had better customer service at the California DMV... put that into perspective.

Avoid the company unless you want a headache.
Created a job post the same day just for it to be deleted with no specific reason. Wouldn't recommend this site to any colleague.

I MADE MY POST TO HIRE PEOPLE DIRECTLY. I GOT REJECTED, AND YET THEY HAVE SIMILAR JOB POSTINGS. SO, I STARTED A CHAT WITH THEM. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT, THEY HAVE NO WAY, NO ABILITY OR SOLUTION TO GET MY JOB HIRING POST LISTED. NO SOLUTION AT ALL. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, EVEN AS AN INDEED OWNED WEBSITE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL. RUN, RUN AWAY!
Betterteam (aka Lensa) sends constant spam of irrelevant jobs, they NEVER stop, even when you unsubscribe, it's pathetic.
I have been recruiting for a long time. Recently I have taken on recruiting a Commission-based sales role for a Solar energy company. I benchmarked 23 job sites before selecting 3 to do a trial. Betterteam was in the initial trial. Before posting I qualified that the site has similar roles to mine and found over 15 US listings. Note: there were 0 instructions on job postings. I created the new role and thought I was done. 15 minutes later someone in Asia sent me a note saying the role was deleted, the trial account was deleted, and with zero feedback. I am not sure if this is a Phishing site to collect credit cards, or a UK employment agency but something is seriously not right about the site. Proceed with caution and do not give them any renmeration.
Another site that draws you in to create a "free" account/job post,
Deletes your post, removes your "free" trial. Can't get a specific reason or
Any resolution. Don't waste your time.
