So far the walking options and additional work outs are great! I've added weights but find no way to indicate that on the app. Nice selection of foods yo enter calories and love the water log. The walking is changing a bit each day anxious to see what the next week beings
Being a 57 year old chef who is still on there feet all day the chair yoga is prefect for my busy work/play life the short sessions are sweet and you can feel it in your muscles!
The workouts are quick to do which makes them sustainable to complete each day, but they are Effective! I also love how they track the workouts, motivates me to complete them each day to keep on track.

A little about me and why I decided to try it:
I'm a private pilot and my schedule is very variable, I try to stay active and been doing intermittent fasting for over a year, but with the traveling and the time zone changes, it's a struggle to keep in shape and eat healthy and I gained some weight in the past year.
I just started the plan, and it's very convenient that you can do a workout in less than 20 min not needing too much space, just any time in a hotel room, get it done.
I of course haven't seen the results but I trust they'll come with some discipline and effort.
I have been telling myself I need to exercise. And this ap has gotten me to exercise. Its simple enough that I can do it without hurting myself while I get stronger.
The app has been a rela.game changer for me. It gives me reminders to mostly everything in my healthy journey and has been helping me to get back to the shape that I have been looking for.
I have only been using the app / workouts for a few days, so i obviously have not seen results yet, but I can feel the soreness every day (in such a good way!) and its such a productive way to start my day.
I just completed my first day and it was very easy. The weird thing was, I was craving more after my 5 minutes were up. Typically when I get back into working out I can't walk the next day or I'm disappointed on how "out of shape" I am. This baby step approach is new to me, and I'm, do I dare say excited for day two.
I'd say I'm average build, but have had a lot of road blocks the last couple years that have made it hard to do the activities I like to do. I saw this on social media and thought I'd give it a try. I'm eager to see the weightloss results but more excited about just feeling better and trying.
The first exercises went ok but after a while the app stopped showing the example videos of the exercises. Had to go to the website to end the routine.
Great so far! Love the format and the ability to pick tailored workouts according to your level of fitness.
